Vlad

This was officially my first day of assisting Kayro. Our first encounter last night was surprisingly good and unexpected. I was rather curious to see if things would be the same today.

I quietly enter his chamber. Looking around I notice that the curtains were already opened and his clothes were scattered all over the place and that was a little odd, but not that surprising. Masters were usually messy.

In the bed was just a big lump of sheets, looked like a war took place in there and then there was the prince, sleeping like a stars fish in the middle of it, breathing peacefully, probably dreaming of something beautiful.

I found myself analyzing his features, he was handsome still. Then my gaze went down to his partly covered body. You could tell he is a healthy young man, has a fit upper body, with lean, defined muscles and from what was visible of his stomach I could tell there were nice abs covered in there.

A small twitch of his face brings me back to what I have to do and that is to wake up this sleeping beauty.

My work mask on, I approach the bed and try with a small greeting first. "Good morning, Kayro". Nothing. I try again and the same result. I lean over the bed and get closer to him and then say it again. Again nothing.

It seems I have to step up my game, so this time along with talking to him, I put hand gently on his shoulder and try nudging him a bit.

He is soft and warm, but I don't get to think to much about it, because all of a sudden he grabs my hand, pulls me towards him and presses his body in mine. His hands are around me in a bear hug, holding me tight, his head in my neck and his morning voice whispers in my ear "Come here you! This is where you belong!"

I am stunned! Our second meeting and just as surprising as the first. No, scratch that, this is way more surprising than last night.

I have no idea what do to or say, so I just stay still, barely breathing.

And as if something clicks in Kayro's head, he lifts himself up, looks at me confused and with a furrow on his pretty face.

His morning eyes are absolutely breathtaking and I could swear that for a split second I saw repulsion in them, but I didn't pay it any mind.

I could hear the wheels turning in his mind and he relaxes his face instantly and with a small embarrassed voice he says: "I-I'm sorry, Vlad, I must've mistaken you for...I-I was still dreaming...I'm sorry!" He was awkwardly apologizing.

"You do not have to apologize, Kayro." I tell him immediately. "I should be sorry for not knowing how to appropriately wake you up" I add. " I will go and prepare the bathroom for you" I continue and lift myself up from the bed and proceed do doing what I said.

That was so embarrassing, but I felt I was missing something and I didn't know what. I'll let it be for now, I just need a little bit of time to get used to Kayro, he is definitely nothing like the other masters I served.

The day went by rather quickly, Kayro has a lot of things to do, apart from the usual eating and socializing with the other members that live in this castle: he studies, practices close combat, exercises with his ability, he can manipulate water, loves horse riding apparently, which he also does every day.

He sometimes called me to accompany him while studying or having tea with different family members.

I didn't see his parents yet, only his two little sisters that were spitting images of him, absolutely gorgeous both of them.

Moyra was 15 years old, with long wavy blond hair and almost white eyes and that means she has the ability to control wind. Kayro told me that two years ago, she made a tornado and destroyed half the gardens and part of the surrounding forest. Apparently she got upset with her father, because he wouldn't let her learn archery, it wasn't ladylike he reasoned. She is now one of the best archers in the kingdom.
