Did he just say... what? I think I must be hearing things, so I just need to make sure I didn't misunderstood.

"Umm... can you repeat that please?" I ask him politely.

He chuckles and with a crooked grin tells me: " I ... Can ... Kill ... Everyone" and that proud look on his face... my body liked it.

I'm stunned because that is not how we are created in this world, but I'm also surprised because that was hot... I think I like bad boys, and he definitely is one. Oh sweet peaches, what is happening to me?

Never in my life have I been attracted to anyone, no matter how beautiful or good looking they'd be, and this gorgeous creature, that I've known for less than a day, makes me hot and bothered only by looking pretty. He is definitely dangerous.... And I love it!!!

Of course, my mind, this treacherous thing, is wondering on it's own, giving me all the inappropriate imagines: him kissing me, touching me in more ways than one...

I shake my head and be gone you wicked ideas. Once I focus again on Calum, that grin still on his kissable lips.... Aaaaahhhhh.... I internally scream! Stop it!

I feel some blood in my face, a blush there, I knew it, and I want to hide, but I just hope he won't understand why I'm like this, or how he makes my body and mind feel by doing absolutely nothing, just smiling and talking. If he touches me..... I think I might die.

"Um...how is it even possible?" I ask a little shy, because I was so affected by him.

"Ok, so we all know that only shifters can kill vampires, only witches or warlock can kill shifters, only vampires can kill supernaturals and only supernaturals can kill witches. Right?" he asks and I just nod, because yes, that is how things worked since the beginning of time in our world.

"Well this is true for the most part, but not entirely." he then adds.

"Each and every one of us, has a core of energy inside. You can think of it as looking like the sun, it's round, filled with energy and constantly revolves around its own axis. For one individual to be killed, you have to destroy the core, it's not only about the physical harm. I can snap one's head and kill him or not, depends on whether I obliterate the core or not. If I do, he dies, if not, he will eventually heal and live, but it's not fun.
The order we know as the norm is the advantage between species, but it doesn't mean we can't ruin another type than what was known, but it's just takes a lot more energy, and most of us don't have it no matter how hard we try.

And this is where I am different, I can shatter a core just as easy, regardless of species."

I think my brain was beginning to bubble and fry, the amount of new information was overwhelming and I needed some time to digest it.

"Wow... that is incredible... I - I never knew that. Why is this not known?" I ask so confused.

"There are a lot of things the population doesn't know. But it's enough, for now. I will tell you more, but we should get moving." he answered. He then chuckles and looks at me like I was a baby that knew nothing about what happened around itself, and I kind of felt that way.

"Yes, I guess you are right." I replied, looking around my surroundings.

I was feeling so much better than last night, i could move my body, but I still felt very weak, not able to walk more that a few steps or lift anything too heavy.

Calum took care of everything, it seemed we had tree full bags filled with clothes, food and other necessities. Where did those come from?? I had only my clothes, and looking down, I realize those were not my clothes. Oh my soul... did... did Calum dress me? Now I was furiously blushing. I thought I would be bothered because he touched me, but I don't, the only thought is if he was disgusted by me or not.
