Right after breakfast, Ian and I go wash our faces, and then part our ways so I can go train Cora and he can go to his astronomy class, seeing as he is a night fairy. Classes start back up today because it's Monday. We all have classes that are mandatory like the basics when were kids. But when were are older, we get to choose any class related to our kind to study. I chose to take a corce on shadow magic. It was really fun. I don't have to take classes anymore though.

When we got to the court yard where we were going to train today, I tripped and fell. Cora started laughing immediately and I followed not too long after.

"Ok so what are we working on today?" She asks, smirk still on her face.

"Today we will work on your flying skills. Jake told me you worked on basics yesterday so I was hoping we could work on your landings?" She nods, "Good. Now lets get started. Go stand on that chair." I direct as I point to a random chair that has been in the same spot for a few weeks since the assembly we had. Only about 12 people came. It was a pointless assembly...

"Ok, so, um, I just jump?" She asks awkwardly. I nod and she gives me a nervous smile before jumping and falling, only to stop about an inch off the ground. This is amazing. Never have I seen somebody pick up levetation so quickly except for Hermione Granger in Harry Potter. Such a good movie(the book is always better, though).

"Wow Cora. You're good, I'll give you that." I say to her.

She scoffs and replies with, "Ok, well, I would be better if you helped me learn how to fucking land!" She says in a slightly paniced voice. I laugh and tell her to simply place her feet on the ground.

She fails.

She fell right on her butt, causing me to start laughing and for her to glare at me. I apologize and help her up, saying we should try a new skill, "What about wall walking?" I suggest and she nods.

I take her over to the tan building near the courtyard."So what do I do?" She asks.

"Just imagine yourself on the other side of the wall and then walk through it. It will not work if you don't think you can do it, though. Just remember that."

"Ok." She says and closes her eyes. She then starts to walk towards the red brick wall and easily slips through it. This is amazing. How can she possibly be doing this so soon?

"You are amazing!" I exclaime as she does a stupid little happy dance around the room. She puts her hands in the air and kicks out her legs ad it's really quite adorable.

"Why thank you," she says with a wink and does it again and again for about 3 hours and 25 minutes.

"Ok, it's about time we head back to the house and have lunch. Keep up the good work or whatever." I say awkwardly and she lets out a laugh.

We are on our way back when she asks, "So whats up with you and Ian?"

"What do you mean?" I ask. She can't possibly know...

"You guys are all over eachother. Are you dating or something? Come on. Just tell me. I must know. I must." She says. Well I have to tell her now.

"Ok yes. We are dating. Kind of. It all happened yesterday and—" she cuts me off.

"Oh my fucking god yes!" She squeals and then jumps. I was not expecting that. I'm not really sure what I was expecting, but it definitely wasn't that.

"What?"

"You two are adorable together! I knew since the moment I saw the both of you together." She says.

"Wait. How did you know? We weren't even together then." How could she tell before?

"I have an awesome sense of who-likes-who and I could tell he had a crush on you. Did you not know?" I shake my head, "Oh it doesn't matter! It just masks it that much more adorable!" She yells as I blush uncontrollably.

This very awkward conversation continued the whole way home. I think we are going to be great friends.
