PART 44: FUNERAL, GIFTS AND DEATH

NARRATOR (NO POV)

Chris walked out of the door after hugging his sister and making amends between each other. Amelia looked so happy as she just watched them as they hugged and walked out of the door.

"I'm so happy thank you for doing that for me..." she says hugging him

"It wasn't that hard after all..." he says shrugging

"Now we need to get ready for the funeral I don't know who else going to come with or what? We must still plan everything still I just cannot believe that we have already three bodies to bury all of our friends what's going to happen again?" she says sobbing

"It's okay...everything will be fine I promise. I just need to find Tommy and Bill because I don't know where they are or what happened to them especially Rafael." he continued to speak

He then left as he went in his car and went to search out for his friends. Amelia was very concerned about him.

AMELIA'S POV

I was so happy seeing Chris and Julia are back and things are normal. I just wanted him to be safe, we haven't spoken a lot recently. I just wished things were better now all we have to is to prepare for the funeral so much things to do. I watched Chris leave as I waved by getting ready to prepare for the funeral. Today wasn't going to be a very interesting and nice day today definitely not that much.

It was just me and Julia now as we chatted and she helped me with some of the things. I just started crying out of nowhere because my best friend is gone, I still haven't processed that or even accepted that fact. Everything happened so fast...that I really got the time to take in all of this information all at once. I know Chris must be going through so much pain right now, his best friend died, Tony died, his people died and he just got his sister back after so many years.

"Where should I put this?" Julia says looking at me holding the vase in her hand

"Right there in the corner." I say pointing at her as I help her with moving the things

"Okay." she says nodding her head in response

All I could think about was how is all of this going to be planned out and how it's going to go. We got all the bodies as we all put it in the caskets it smelled pretty bad since it was there for a while and when bodies get an off smell, they are just awful. I couldn't even look at it I asked Julia to do all of it as I sat on the bench trying to control my thoughts and emotions that I was feeling now. It was getting a bit dark around 5:00 pm as we all got ready all we were waiting for was Chris and his rest of his friends.

I was so concerned if he was in danger or if something had happened to him, we're not in a good spot right now. I waited for Chris's return as I was so impatient on hoping he was back with at least some good news. Then the door opened as I saw him walking in with Rafael as they both looked so depressed and sad. I looked at the two of them then looked at Julia and was so utterly confused on what's going on.

"What happened?" I questioned

"Everyone is gone...none of them made it unfortunately...we went to the place and...all there were was bodies upon bodies. It was fucking a nightmare...I don't know how to even react?" Rafael says stuttering

Chris didn't say a single word he just kept quiet. It was like he wasn't even here his mind was so somewhere else, it was just so sad to see him like this.

"Chris?" I say looking concerned

"Amelia...his just so sad...what he saw was just unimaginable. I tried bringing him home but he refused to he only came here because of you. His just processing all of this at once." Rafeal says making eye contact with him

"It's nothing...I'm fine I just need to get this done and over with....this pain is just too much it hurts so bad...losing all of these people..." Chris says looking straight at nothing

"Hey, I promise you we going to get through this...I prepared everything me and Julia so we are going to do it now." I say softly

We all nodded our heads as we left in our cars going to the cemetery to go bury the bodies. We got big trucks for that, and decided that we're going to do it in the forest.

AT THE CEMETERY

The boys then took all of the coffins and gently placed it into the holes that they were digging as we just saw a lot of other graveyards near us. We shoved nearly six coffins while everyone looked so depressed and sad especially Chris. He didn't seem like his usual self neither did anyone else at this point. We have all lost so much all because of Cole...I am so uncertain what Chris might to do him or what his plan is going to be. Everything was ready as we all gave our own speeches on what we were going to talk about but hardly managed to say anything.

This has affected us all so much and it's so terrible. Just when we were all done, someone appeared out of nowhere at the cemetery someone who we never expected...
