Book cover pa lang ay na-hook na agad ako. Actually sa title pa nga lang. 'Vide Noir' is such a unique title, and unique titles make more readers click on your book. You really chose a good and remarkable one! Maganda rin sa mata ang book cover; malinis tignan at akmang-akma sa kuwento. The font really suits the whole illustration. Kayang-kayang pantayan ng 'yong pabalat ang mga published books sa mga bookstore. Mahusay!

The narrative is clear and neat, nagustuhan ko rin ang writing style kahit pa medyo may kalituhan sa paggamit ng 'raw' at 'daw'. Pero kaya namang i-edit iyon, unedited pa rin naman ang mga chapters kaya kaya pa iyon ayusin. I'd also like to mention the blurb. Kahit na maiksi, it still piqued my curiosity and urged me even more to dive deeper into the book. And the plot-this is the first time I discovered this kind of plot. Katangi-tangi at bagong-bago. Karamihan kasi mga fantasy novels ay gasgas at recycled na ang mga plot, but 'Vide Noir' is extraordinary.

- CHARACTERS I LIKE OUT OF EVERYONE ELSE

Claira, the best woman! I perceived her as a bold and brave woman with a strong personality, only to find out that she's actually more than that. She welcomed Wesley (and Frankie) with intimidation noong una silang napadpad sa campsite, turned out she's actually a kind person. She let Wesley stay in their only-girls campsite, helped him retrieve his father's car and even filled its tank, gave clothes to Frankie, and also gave money to Wesley. Kahit na side character lang siya ay dimensional pa rin ang kaniyang katauhan, and that's what I love about her.

- PART OF THE BOOK THAT I LIKE

I really like the book cover. Kahit na solid colors at mga silhouette lang ito, it still looks very detailed and pleasing to the eyes. Choosing color pallettes is really effective in making book covers. Kapag kasi samu't saring kulay ang inilapag sa isang pabalat ay may tendency na mag-clash ang mga ito at madamay ang text title. You made your cover more eye-catching by sticking to one color pallette. Kitang-kita rin sa iyong pabalat ang gusto mong iparating at ang kung tungkol saan ang kuwento.

Having an eye-catching book cover is really important when writing a novel, and you have a beautiful one that will definitely attract more readers.
