Anna's POV;

i looked over at Addie, and smiled. "Adryan Amanda Moore, I've liked you for a while now... so I was wondering if you'd like to be my girl friend??" I asked this as calmly as i could,but to be completely honest, I was a mess inside, I've liked her since my 8th grade year, going into high school, but I also liked Mickie, so.. yeah. She looked at me for a second to make sure she heard me right, "yes Anna, I'd love to be your girlfriend." We both smiled at each other and the rest of the car ride was a comfortable silence. we got to the house and Addie told me to wait outside, so i stood by the car, and when she came out tears instantly formed in my eyes, my little girl was running toward me with a step stool.. the fuck? I looked at Addie with a confused look, but of course she shook her head, and watched from a distance, as i went to bend down to meet my little girl at eye level, she stopped and put the step stool down in front of me and said "aunt Addie told me you got hurt, so she gave me this so you wouldn't have to bend down to my level. She got up on the step stool and kissed my cheek. As a tear rolled down my cheek, my little girl had wiped it away and told me everything was gonna be okay. I kissed her cheek and told her i loved her, I then told rain to head inside and that I'd be in a second as i had to grab a few things from the car. I grabbed everything and headed into the house. I seen the one person I didn't wanna see. i told rain to go to her room, and she quietly obeyed, as soon as I saw her disappear to her room I let the words fly off my tongue "Why the hell are you here? you've done enough, and I don't want you in my house anymore..." Mickie looked at me with pleading eyes, "Anna, please listen, and once I say what I need to, I'll be gone", I nodded and listened. "I am pregnant again, and I know that probably hurts, but I thought I should tell you before any one else does. Thomas and i agree that it's best if we leave Rain with you, I've already told her and she agrees, she wants to stay here ." She stood, walked over to me and hugged me, and then out the door she went. I sunk to the floor just as Addie walked in. She came and sat down beside me and comforted me. She knew that Mickie was gone, but what she didn't know was i was hiding something.. and we were gonna keep it that way....
