wait.. what..?

*Addie's POV*

I attempted to make Anna breakfast.. yet failed. And I felt kind stupid, because I knew I couldn't really cook.. yet I still tried and she came to my rescue like always. I had to reschedule my doctors appointment to today, and i'm gonna ask my mom to watch the kids and have Anna go with me. Just as i was about to let the dogs outside, I heard Jackson scream something at Rain. So I snuck upstairs to hear what was going on, Jackson glared at her and said yet again "Aunt Anna is my other mom, why cant you share her with me?" My heart broke as i seen tears in her eyes as she said in a defeated tone, "I already lost one mommy, I don't wanna loose her to". Jackson nodded and just hugged her, they were both incredibly intelligent for being 7 years old. I walked back downstairs, let the dogs out, and called my mom, she answered by the second ring, "hello?" she said a little too cheerfully, "hi mom, I was wondering if you'd be willing to watch Rain and Jackson for a few hours?" "yes, I would love to, what time are you bringing them over? And what time will you be back?" I could hear the smile on her face, "well, around 3, 3:30 but I'm not sure what time we'll be back.." "alright, well they're welcome to stay if they'd like" I smiled and said my goodbyes, she doesn't ask questions, and i don't give answers..

What mom doesn't know won't kill her right? I went outside and sat on the swing by pond to think, Nathan has been weighing on my head a lot here lately... i miss him, but at the same time I don't.. and I know that's horrible to say, but to be completely honest.. I don't think I really loved him.. I think I just wanted to get over Anna.. and that clearly didn't work.. She's not that easy to forget.. Believe me, I've tried. That sounded better in my head... I got up and waddled into the house to get the kids ready to go my mother's.. I called them downstairs "we're gonna go grandma Mitch's okay?" They both looked at each other like 'oh, great, that bitch' and ran to get their things, I the waddled up the steps and found Anna lying in bed, and she didn't look good.. she was pale, and their was blood all over the bed.. w.. what did she do..?

A/N: 425 Words and a cliff hanger! hehe what do you think happened? Is it the secret shes been hiding? or something far worse??
