Arms grab me around my waist, and I struggle until I see Bruce kneeling down in front of Clover. "Give him space" Tony says in my ear. I stop struggling, Bruce is going to help, he'll take care of Clover.

Bruce places his fingers on Clover's wrist and places his hand down on her chest, maybe he needs to do CPR. Bruce bites his lip and looks up at Tony, shaking his head.

"She's gone" Bruce says.

"No, she's not! You need to help her!" I yell, getting out of Tony's grip and kneeling beside Clover. I place my jacket over her wound again. "Tony, she needs stitches, possibly a blood transfusion."

Tony grabs my hands and pulls me up. "Storm, there is nothing anybody can do" he says gently. I shake my head, there has to be something, if we do CPR, stitch the wound, and give her blood then she'll be fine.

"No, Tony, she-"

"I'm sorry" Tony says, pain evident in his eyes. "I'm so sorry." Tears stream down my face and I turn back towards Clover.

I vaguely realise Bruce has left; we need him to help Clover. I struggle against Tony's grip, causing him to wrap his arms around my waist.

"Storm... she's gone" Tony says. Clover can't be gone; she can't be dead. Steve, Natasha, and Milo run in.

Natasha comes over embracing me. Tony lets go of me, I cling to Natasha, my body shaking with each sob. "I'm sorry" Natasha whispers, her voice full of shock and full of sadness. Someone places their hand on my shoulder, I assume it's Tony until I hear the voice.

"Should we get her out of here?" Steve asks Natasha.

"We need Bruce, he can help" I sob, why isn't anybody listening to me? "Where is Bruce?" I push Natasha away and see her, Tony, and Steve staring at me.

Two people walk over to Clover's body and my heart sinks as I realise, they have a body bag. "Leave her alone!" I scream, attempting to rush over when the super solider grabs my arm.

"There is nothing you can do for her" Steve says, his tone sympathetic and his eyes full of concern and empathy. I shake my head, more tears spilling down my cheeks.

"Clover" I say, trying to race over to her but Steve doesn't let me, still holding my arm. Natasha walks over, embracing me once again. I struggle, trying to reach Clover before they take her away. "We need Bruce" I wail, why isn't anyone listening to me?

"She's gone, Storm, she's gone" Milo says gently, his expression pitying. I turn around from Natasha and lock eyes with Tony. More tears stream down my face as walk towards Tony, my body basically collapsing against him. Tony doesn't say anything at first, just hugging me. Clover can't be dead, she can't be. Bruce needs to come and stitch up her wound.

"I know" Tony says soothingly. "I'm so sorry." Someone places their hand on my shoulder, I can tell its Natasha. I hear voices talking, I can't register what they're saying.

"Tony, is the intruder still here?" Someone asks.

"I'm in the middle of something" Tony snaps, tightening his grip around me.

"Mr. Stark, we need to find the intruder" Fury says firmly.

"I'll look after her" Milo says, walking over to us. "I've been through this." Tony lets go of me and reluctantly walks over to Fury. Milo's expression is sympathetic as he embraces me.

"Clover needs help" I sob, why is everyone giving up on her? Nobody has even tried to help her; I try to turn towards her body, but Milo doesn't let me turn.

"Don't, Storm, don't" he says softly. More tears roll down my cheeks and Milo rubs his hand up and down my back. "I'm sorry."

"No" I say, my legs are unsteady underneath me and I think Milo is the only thing preventing me from falling onto the floor.

"It's alright, I'm here for you" Milo says soothingly.

"Clover..." I whimper, it should be Clover comforting me right now, not Milo. More tears roll down my face, Clover can't be dead.
