Graduation came sooner than anyone had expected. It seemed like everyone's high school days were just gone in seconds, and it felt like it too. It was so weird to think that all their lives had already been summed up into 12 years of schooling, and now they'd be moving onto bigger things.

But for Katsuki's graduating class, there were only about 4 big ones. And maybe 2 or 3 smaller ones. The big classes contained up to thirty students and smaller classes contained about fifteen or twenty, so their graduating class was not as big as some of the other ones that had been local.

The big graduation ceremony came quickly as well, so Katsuki was really pushing 6 months into his pregnancy at this point, his bump got much bigger and he definitely felt a lot more round, if that was even a way to explain it.

But once he got fitted into his graduation gown, his eyes sparkled. He couldn't believe this was the day he was going to leave all of these stressful school years behind him.

He readjusted the cap right before he heard a knock at his door. "Come in!" He called out, just staring at himself in pride, his long door length mirror stood in front of him. He admired his reflection, and even held his hands under his bump with a small smile. He was still a bit sheepish about the whole thing, it brought down some of his confidence and pride some days. He saw his father appear in the reflection behind him.

"Oh Katsuki, I am so proud of you, I can't believe my baby is all grown up and graduating! I can't wait to watch you walk up on the stage and accept your certificate, and to hear your speech. You're going to do amazing things." Masaru said with a creaky voice, he was tearing up but made sure to cover it up with his sleeves. "It's like you were just going into kindergarten yesterday! I remember how much you cried when you missed us, and now.. I'm crying because of how much I'm going to miss you!"

Katsuki chuckled and hugged him, "Dad... I'm not even moving out this year, you know that. And I'm not going off to college in the fall, you don't have to miss me one bit, you can thank Shinsou for one thing at least." He said and sighed a moment, looking at the time. "Well, we should be heading out now.." He smiled and gave his dad one more reassuring hug.

The brunette sighed and hugged him back, hugging him by his shoulders. "I am so excited for that at least, and then you'll have your beautiful daughter right beside you! But I assume your speech will be amazing, I can't believe I have a son who is a valedictorian! Oh my pride.. It just keeps growing!" He cheered, his heart beat in pure happiness for his son's success.

"Okay yeah yeah, stop crying dad! I know I'm not your small little kid any more, but soon enough you'll also get to watch your granddaughter go off to kindergarten. I'm not the only one you'll get to hear successes from." He smiled and side hugged his dad, he knew that it was hard for his dad to think of the fact he'd be almost 'leaving the nest.' Which was the opposite, he was going to stay for quite a while unless he and Hitoshi figured something out like they planned to before this whole conundrum.

Masaru sniffled before he nodded, he knew Katsuki would make sure he was in his child's life no matter what. "Oh, you're so right.. Now! Let's get you to that graduation so you show how responsible and punctual you are!"

The moment they arrived to the big stadium, they were both blown away with the beautiful decorations on the outside, Katsuki felt so proud of himself and even with the hardships he'd faced in the past few weeks because of his secret all of a sudden being told to the whole school, but it got resolved after time. And though some people were still judgmental, Katsuki at least had his friends, and even a more supportive Hitoshi.
