July 1st rolled around, and it was Hitoshi's birthday. He honestly wasn't expecting much for his birthday, he was 19 and it sometimes felt unreal that now we're preparing to live in this house together.

Their school system was really weird, it was almost ahead. So when you were a senior you had to be turning 18, or already be 18. It always confused everyone, but it wasn't too big of a deal to anyone, it was just how the school system rolled.

Hitoshi was resting at his house, nothing was really going on and his parents were out for work and his sister was out with some friends, so he was just there, alone. Or so he'd thought he'd be until he heard a ring at the doorbell. He quickly got out of bed and went down the stairs before looking out the peephole. "Baby? What are you doing here? You should be resting, and it's raining! What if you catch a cold?"

"Hey, I'm not gonna get sick. I just came here to.. Make sure your birthday isn't lonely." He smiled, setting his keys down into the little bowl by the door. "I also just wanted to be here with you, and little Ayumi won't stop kicking.. And she's only calm when I'm around you." he said, immediately hugging the alpha tightly. "And I also.. Didn't want to be around my mom, she was home today."

Hitoshi made sure to hold him close, kissing him on the top of his head. "Hey, you're okay. You're the best gift that came here today, so I'm glad you came here under any circumstance."

Katsuki looked up to him with teary eyes. "I'm sorry, I didn't really get you much.. I didn't get you much of a gift at all." He said with a heavy sigh, letting go of their hug and handed hitoshi a small gift bag. "I had to stop by the store really quickly on my way here. I'm so sorry, I wish I got you more. And I would've, but I haven't been getting out much."

"Kat.. You didn't have to get me anything at all.." He said before he opened the gift, it was a picture frame and a 3D sonogram photo. There was also a watch, but he was too lovestruck with the photo. "Oh kat- it's so beautiful. This is the best gift." He smiled and had a somber, loving look in his eyes.

The blonde looked at him happily, he was just glad the other wasn't too hard to gift for. "That's from like a month ago, before graduation and our date. I would've given it to you sooner but-"

Hitoshi quickly cut him off before pulling him into a sweet kiss. "You were just talking too much, I had to shut you up." He chuckled, repeating the lines that Katsuki did on one of their dates. "This gift is so perfect, you didn't have to get me the watch, love. But I love them both a lot."

It made Katsuki giggle a bit, he grabbed the watch and put it on the alphas wrist, smiling with a bit of pride. "Now you're really growing into fatherhood. I think you just aged with that watch on ya."

"That's not nice. You're not supposed to tell me I'm old on my birthday. But, I don't even mind because you're too precious and beautiful." Said the alpha before he ruffled up his Omega's beautiful blonde hair. "I hope our daughter is as beautiful as you, but I hope she does take some of my features.. Just most of yours at least."

"Oh she's gonna be, but I hope she gets your hair, and your eyes." He smiled, kissing hitoshi one more time before going to get a snack. "You know what would be a great idea? Maybe we could go out to a uh.. Store and then dinner. I wanted to do some shopping for the nursery, like the furniture." he recommended, but that was only because he just needed to get out and breathe some fresh air.

"Okay, well let me get my keys and we can get going then, but I think we should do the clothes shopping online, I don't want you to walk around so much at the stores. We'll buy the furniture, have it delivered to our house. And in a few weeks we'll really start to decorate and build everything for Ayumi, but only two stores. That's our limit for baby stores."

Katsuki was wooed over especially with the other sort of demanding attitude. "Oo, look at you Mr. Alpha, someone is getting ahead of themselves. I like it, oh please boss me around more." he joked, but knew the alphas mind would probably take it seriously.

"Mmm, I love demanding you. But I'm gonna be nice and only demand you to get into the car. That's it." He said with a smirk and trailed his hands down to katsukis thighs. "I can't wait to spend the rest of my birthday with you. I'm so lucky to have you by my side."

"Well, your car was the only one in the parking lot. And I just wanted to be with you. I would have come either way, but I had a nice excuse at least to get away from home."

And with that, they were off to the large outlet mall in their area, it literally had everything there. And there were especially a lot of stores for infants and toddlers, kids, etcetera.

Katsuki was just having the time of his life there, he was dying to be in the stores and he was so hyped up, they were finally shopping and doing a big step in their lives together.

Hitoshi just loved to see the blonde happy, that was personally the best gift ever, going somewhere with the person he loved most. Seeing all that joy made him just as happy and joyful, but then something really caught his eye. "Hey Kat, come look at this crib."

Katsuki hummed a bit, peeking over to see what the indigo haired male had been so caught up in. "Oh wow, do you think that's the one? I love it."

It was a beautiful dark purple crib with stars painted all over it. And it was fitting the perfect theme they were trying to go for for their nursery. They were headed for a sort of galaxy like theme, and had been searching for the perfect crib.

"Oh I do, I think it's actually so perfect. It would be a perfect gift to find all of the furniture we need for the nursery. This is the one." He said and just nodded his head, he could imagine this beautiful future life, and could imagine picking up his daughter out of her crib in the night. This was the one.

Katsuki shrugged his shoulders and quickly walked off, it made hitoshi feel like his boyfriend didn't like the crib and was off to find a new one, but when the blonde returned his expression changed into confusion. "Where did you go Kat?"

The blonde pulled out a receipt with a smile. "I bought it, they said they only had one more in stock, and that it's for a limited time. So we got lucky with this one." He said and hugged his alpha tightly around his waist. "I just want you to have a great birthday, and make sure we get the things you want. And I want you to play a big part in all the furnishings."

"I already would have, but I appreciate you a lot for this. She is going to have the most beautiful and one of a kind nursery. You know.. This is the best birthday ever. All these other years I'd just do some stupid hook-ups, I didn't like them. But it was all that helped me enjoy my birthday for the last two years, but this! Oh this is everything I could have ever wanted. You're everything I needed in all that time." he said and gave the blonde a side hug.

They really were moving their relationship into the perfect path, and this was the best way of doing it. Their intense agreement on everything they found: the baby swing, rocking chair, crib, changing table, and cabinets. Everything was perfect and their imaginations were running wild.

They finished off the night with some dinner by the beach, and Katsuki had even bought a mini cake. "Well, it's time for you to make a wish." He said, the candles lit up as he held it directly in the alphas face.

Hitoshi thought about his wish and he blew out the candles. "I wished for us to have a perfect life. And before you say that I shouldn't say my wish.. The reason I said it is because we already have it." He smiled and kissed the Omega on the lips and rubbed his baby bump.

"Yeah, I guess our life really is perfect." Katsuki smiled and leaned his head on the other's shoulder, watching the sunset happily.

That was the best birthday Hitoshi ever had.
