The next week, the atmosphere in the house was filled with a new sense of purpose and determination. The boys had prepared a rigorous training schedule for the girls, and the time had come to put it into action. The boys knew the girls could do it. Their families were sexist pieces of crap, but the boys knew how strong the girls were. They just weren't allowed to go to their full potential. Taehyung knew the girls were amazing. They just needed to catch up, and that wasn't a bad thing.
Each morning started with physical conditioning. Taehyung led the group, his voice firm but encouraging. “You’ve got this,” he said, watching Jennie push herself through a set of push-ups. “Just a little more.”
Jennie gritted her teeth and powered through. She was determined to prove herself, not just to Taehyung, but to everyone who had ever doubted her. Nearby, Rosé and Jisoo were equally focused, their faces set with determination as they tackled the morning drills.
After the conditioning, they moved on to combat training. Hoseok took charge, demonstrating various self-defense techniques. “Remember,” he said, “it’s about using your opponent’s strength against them. Stay calm and focused.”
Jisoo was a natural. She picked up the moves quickly, her previous frustrations melting away as she realized her own potential. Hoseok nodded in approval. “Great job, Jisoo. You’re getting the hang of it.”
Rosé, on the other hand, struggled at first. She had always been more reserved, but Jimin was by her side, offering gentle encouragement. “You can do this, Rosé. Just keep practicing.”
With each passing day, Rosé’s confidence grew. She started to execute the moves with precision and power. Jimin couldn’t hide his pride. “That’s it, Rosé. You’re doing amazing.”
Next came weapons training. Namjoon and Yoongi took over, showing the girls how to handle firearms and knives. “Safety first,” Namjoon instructed, demonstrating how to properly hold a gun. “Always be aware of your surroundings.”
Jennie, having spent some time in the training room with Jungkook, was eager to learn more. Yoongi guided her through the basics, his patience unwavering. “Focus on your target,” he advised, watching as she fired her first shots at the practice range. “Steady your hand.”
Jennie’s determination paid off. Her aim improved with each session, her confidence soaring. Taehyung watched from a distance, a proud smile on his face. He knew she had it in her.
Evenings were dedicated to strategy and tactics. Seokjin, with his wealth of experience, taught the girls how to think like their enemies, how to anticipate and counter moves. “It’s a game of chess,” he explained. “Always be two steps ahead.”
Jisoo found this part fascinating. Her analytical mind thrived on the complexities of strategy. “I never thought of it this way,” she said, jotting down notes.
Seokjin smiled. “You’re a quick learner, Jisoo. This will be invaluable in the field.”
As the week progressed, the girls’ progress was undeniable. Their confidence grew, and their skills sharpened. The boys knew they were on the right track. They had always believed in the girls, and now, the girls were starting to believe in themselves.
One afternoon, after a particularly grueling training session, Taehyung gathered everyone together. “You’re doing an incredible job,” he told the girls. “I know this is tough, but you’re proving every day how strong you are.”
Jennie, still catching her breath, nodded. “Thank you, Taehyung. We won’t let you down.”
Rosé added, “We’re all in this together. We’re going to protect each other.”
