Later that day, The mansion was unusually quiet because the girls had taken Lisa out to eat, hoping to lift her spirits. Meanwhile, the boys were left by themselves, Upstairs, Mingyu and Jungkook were gaming, fully engrossed in trying to beat each other at some absurdly difficult level. Downstairs, Jin, Jimin, Namjoon, Yoongi, Taehyung, and Hoseok were sprawled across the couches in the living room, engaged in their typical ridiculous banter.
"So, I'm telling you," Jin began, waving a hand dramatically, "if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would definitely be ramyeon. You can't go wrong with noodles!"
Namjoon raised an eyebrow, adjusting his glasses. "But wouldn't that get boring after a while? I mean, it's just noodles and broth. What about nutrition?"
"Yeah, hyung, what about vitamins and stuff?" Jimin chimed in, feigning seriousness. "You'd probably faint after three days of nothing but ramyeon."
Jin scoffed, patting his stomach proudly. "Please, I have the stamina of a warrior. Ramyeon would be the perfect fuel for my genius."
Yoongi, who had been quietly sipping tea, chimed in dryly, "I'm just waiting for the day you pass out after eating a mountain of carbs. It’ll be a national emergency."
"Wow, Yoongi, way to support my dreams," Jin shot back, mock offended.
"I'm always here for you." Yoongi shot back sarcastically. "Asshole.." Jin muttered but couldn't help the smirk forming on his face.
While the boys laughed, Mina sat quietly on the other side of the room. She wasn’t her usual chatty self, and her face was noticeably pale. The boys were too distracted by their chaotic conversation to notice at first, but Taehyung, who had a habit of people-watching, finally looked over at her and frowned.
"Uh, guys?" Taehyung said, leaning forward. "Is it just me, or does Mina look... sick?"
The boys turned their attention to Mina, and it was clear something was wrong. She was hunched over, holding her stomach with a pained expression.
"Hey little one, are you okay?" Namjoon asked, concern kicking in.
Mina winced before answering softly, "My stomach hurts really bad."
Immediately, Hoseok leapt into action, even though no one had asked him to. "Ah! It’s probably something you ate! That happens to me all the time. Did you eat some of Jungkook's cooking? Because let me tell you, that kid once made ramen that tasted like soap."
"Hey!" Jungkook’s indignant voice yelled from upstairs, clearly having overheard.
Mina didn’t laugh at the joke, though. Instead, she shifted uncomfortably, and as she stood up, all of their eyes locked onto the dark red stain on the couch.
Time seemed to slow down as realization hit the boys all at once.
"Oh shit..." Yoongi muttered, eyes wide as he stared at the stain.
"Wait, is that—" Hoseok started, but didn’t finish, because Mina had looked down at her jeans and let out the most gut-wrenching scream they’d ever heard.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!" she shrieked, her face a mix of terror and confusion. "I’m bleeding! Am I dying?!"
The boys jumped up in a collective panic, stumbling over each other as Mina started crying hysterically. It was like a scene out of a bad sitcom, with six fully grown men flailing around, unsure of what to do. Jungkook and Mingyu, hearing the scream from upstairs, rushed down the stairs, adding to the chaos.
"What happened?!" Jungkook yelled, looking around frantically.
"Why is she bleeding?!" Mingyu added, looking like he might faint.
