" IF you guys never would've brought him here, this never would've happened!" mal exclaims, "what were you thinking?"
raina looks up from the ground, "he was gonna come with or without us. we just wanted to protect him!" evie exclaims.
"yeah. and we completely blew it," carlos says, his tone filled with annoyance.
"okay! okay, so what are we gonna do?" jay asks, sighing at the argument.
mal signals between herself and the rest of the group, "we, are not doing anything. this is between uma and me and she's a punk, and guess what? now i have to go get him," she expresses.
carlos shakes his hand, "whoa, whoa, whoa. mal, you're still going to have to go through harry hook and his wharf rats," he states.
"yeah, you're gonna need us," jay says.
mal's eyes switch from carlos to jay, "uma said to come alone."
"mal, come on," raina responds.
carlos looks back at raina and shrugs, "she said to come alone. i know one thing, im not going anywhere," he states leaning back and sitting on the couch behind him.
jay stammers, "we'll be here when you get back," he tells her, earning a nod in response as mal turns and walks away.
raina sighs as she sits in the couch, next to carlos. he looks over at the blonde and smiles softly, before looking away quickly.

" THERES no way we're gonna give uma the wand!" evie exasperates as she paces, "we can't just let her destroy auradon."
raina shakes her head as she watches both evie and mal pace the room.
carlos watches raina's expression, "yeah but if uma doesn't get the wand, then ben is toast, guys," he replies, watching raina's facial expression change as she thinks.
the four continue to talk over eachother before raina speaks up, "wait! you guys. the three-d printer," she says slapping carlos's arm.
he gasps and points at the blonde, "a phony wand. that could work!"
"yeah but the second she goes to test it she'll know it's fake!" evie wines.
mal nods, "okay, so then we get ben out really fast. we need some kind of diversion," mal speaks fastly.
jay thinks before leaning up, "smoke bombs!"
mal and evie point at him, "that's perfect! i'll get the chemicals i need at lady tremaine's place. that could work," evie says walking towards mal, "oh, and sick hair by the way. evil stepmom seriously stepped up her game," she says admiring the now light purple with bangs mal is now styling.
raina yawns, resting her head on hers and carlos' leather jackets draped against the couch.
"okay, do you wanna know something? dizzy did this," mal replies combing her fingers through her straightened hair.
evie gasps, "little dizzy? shut up!"
"i know, i'm, like, loving it," mal says.
carlos looks down at the closed eyed blonde before clearing his throat, "hello?" he says loudly interrupting the two.
raina looks up at carlos sleepily. "right," mal states clapping her hands together. "carlos, jay, raina. you guys meet us at pirates bay, no later than noon. and you guys, losing? not an option. cause we're rotten."
"to the core," the three reply in sync. carlos grabs both his red, white, and black jacket, and raina's purple one as the three walk down the stairs and to the limo.
carlos opens the back door open for raina, closes it once she gets in, and then goes into the passenger seat. jay looks over at carlos who has his leather jacket on with raina's on his lap. "you're so whipped bro," he says as he turns on the car and pulls out of the space.
carlos smiles and shakes his head. "just shut up and drive jay," he responds, not denying anything.
