Aiden hummed as he was carried back to his room by Ashlyn. Jeez. What a day.

Ashlyn scowled as she carried Aiden back to his room. What a dumbass.

Kicking the door open and startling Ben awake, she plopped Aiden down on the bed and pointed to him dramatically.
"Watch your damn dog!" She snapped.

Aiden huffed. "I'm not a dog!"

Ashlyn whipped around and glared at him. Aiden cackled. Ben looked at him, mortified.

Did this dumbass have a death wish—

No no

Did this dumbass have a death wish before he even hit his twenties?

By god was he that bored?

He knew running a kingdom wasn't the easiest but by god! He wasn't even a legal adult yet. At least save some of the suicidal tendencies for his early twenties and spend his teen years doing stupid shit.

Well

Ben supposed he had the stupid shit down but the suicidal tendencies he needed to have a talk to Aiden about.

Jesus his cousin was going to be the death of him one day.

Ashlyn bonked Aiden on the head, which hurt significantly considering her armor. Aiden groaned.
"Owwwwwww! Jerk! Don't hit me with your armor!"

"I'm not even wearing armor on my wrist baby!"

"At least take me out to dinner first before the pet names—"

"Not a pet name I'm calling you a baby!"

"Jerk. I'm delightful."

"As a rubber duck."

"Don't diss rubber ducks."

"Just let me do my damn job in peace! Please?!"

Aiden cackled and looked Ashlyn dead in the eyes.
"Hmmmm...let me think about it....Nope!"

Ashlyn groaned. She threw her hands up in the air, expaserated. "Good GOD what will it take for you to leave me alone?! Just read my damn lips! I. Don't. Like. You."

Aiden cackled. "Well that's too damn bad because I am fascinated by you! So, whether you like it or not, I am going to keep trying to be your friend."

"I really don't like it."

"Well. I'm the prince. You listen to me."

"Oh don't pull that prince bullshit."

"I have the higher ground!"

Ben held up his hand and shook his head. What the hell was Aiden doing?! Was he trying to be an asshole?

Aiden waved his hand dismissively. "Anyways, as your prince, I ask you to come with me on a trip to the woods!"

Ashlyn grunted. "You know it's the commander I take orders from? Not you?"

Aiden cursed. "....well shit."

Ashlyn smiled smugly. "Now if you excuse me, I need duties to go back to."

With that, Ashlyn promptly left. Aiden sat on the bed and frowned, before he realized something.
Oh yes.

That could work.

Logan hummed to himself as he worked on the flowers in the little shop. He hadn't gotten his answers unfortunately, but he wasn't giving up yet! He just...

Needed to keep looking....

In the meantime—this was better! He should focus on newer things! Like....like that notice from the palace.

To supply flowers. For an upcoming event.

Logan gulped. Just thinking about it made him anxious.

He should try and get Taylor to help him. What could happen?
