After some dramas and episodes, mainly from his male beautiful mother, Zhan Chen finally able to grasp his current reality. Since he had 'amnesia' according to his parents, he had been introduced to the Bai Family and this empire.

Because of his previous excellent performance during the wars (making the existence of Xian Dynasty possible), he was granted his own land and men by the emperor.

His male mother, Bai Xiu Ying, was the only child of Prime Minister Li Huizhong. The influence of the Prime Minister was not less than his father. So, when the two married, one could say that the combination of these two powerful families could topple even the emperor if they ever decided to rebel.

Fortunately, they were not.

And him the only child of Bai couple was named Bai Zhan Chen. He turned eighteen years old this year. He was at the prime age of marriage.

After hearing this lots of information, Zhan Chen felt very blessed to be their child, however, he felt bad to the original Bai Zhan Chen. He didn't know what happen to the original but perhaps he was happy somewhere.

This whole thing about him suddenly thrown into some weird ancient world was still a mystery and his head hurt just thinking about it.

Enough about that, he was happy that his name remained the same although his surname did change from Fu to Bai. And he was ecstatic to finally have parents ba!

But one question remained...

Looking up at his male mother, Zhan Chen asked uncertainly, "Are you really my birth mother?"

Bai Xiu Ying gasped and hugged his child to his bosom. "Oh, Xiao Chen. I'm your birth mother. I carried you in my womb for ten months and when I heard your cries, I was so happy that I cried along with you."

Oh, so his mother was that kind of person. A hermaphrodite. That explained his feminine trait. Zhan Chen had no qualm about male giving birth and he never looked down on any gay, lesbian, or any transgender. For him as long as people were not bad to him then he wouldn't hate them. He loved harmony and peace the most. So, it didn't matter to him what people's sexuality were.

Lightly, pushing his mother who again kept smothering him, Zhan Chen smiled shyly as he tried to curry a favor. "Mother, can I go out?" When he saw his mother's furrowed brows, he quickly added, "I want to expl- umm... I mean, I want to be familiar with this place since I've already forgotten about all of these." He looked at his mother teary eyed, "I could not?"

Bai Xiu Ying had been spoiling Xiao Chen since he was a baby. So, when he saw those huge round eyes wetted with tears... He couldn't stand it. "Fine, mother would allow you to go out but I'll accompany you," he saw the boy was smiling and added sternly, "but you're not allowed to stray far from me. Anywhere you want to go, you're not going to be alone. Understand?"
