As soon as they left the Bai's household in a carriage, Zhan Chen started to play his strategy. No one would like a rude and rough ger, especially as an Empress candidate, so, his plan was to act uncouth and rude. Sitting opposite of the older man, Zhan Chen sat with one foot on the seat and the other on the floor. He discreetly glanced at the handsome Emperor and watched if he managed to annoy and disgust him with this kind of behavior. Let's see if you want to marry this kind of ger? Ha-ha-ha.

Unfortunately, it didn't give a positive response for Zhan Chen. Being a wolf that was being starved from eating meat, all Xian Long Wei could do was to stare at those white slim, long legs that exposed and looked sideway while trying to will himself not to react to this. Zhan Chen watched as the Emperor's face looked strain. He grinned inwardly and laughed. It did success ba! Posing as an arrogant young lord, this ger would make you Your Majesty to lose interest to marry him! "Why should I? I feel comfortable like this."

Xian Long Wei closed his eyes and sighed. How could his Chen Chen suddenly be like this? Did he angry at him or what? But, he didn't do anything wrong ba and if Zhan Chen continued to show his white skin like that he was afraid that they would need to get marry soon! "Chen Chen, I could see your legs."

Zhan Chen blinked in confusion before the words registered in his slow brain. He immediately turned red and pulled down his leg and sat properly. Damn! This perverted Emperor! How dare him to see his virgin white jade skin and have improper thoughts!

Sighing in relief, Xian Long Wei smiled at the red adorable ger. His Chen Chen was so cute. Even though, he tried to act reckless, his nature was innocent and easily embarrassed. He pulled out a tray with teapot and two cups. "Does Chen Chen want to try this new tea leaves? It's very delicious. Wei dage is very sure, you'll like it."

"Is it sweet?" Zhan Chen sniffed as Xian Long Wei poured the clear pale yellow liquid into a cup and gave it to the young ger.

Receiving the warm cup, Zhan Chen tentatively stuck out his pink tongue and tasted the tea like a kitten drinking a milk.

Xian Long Wei almost couldn't help pouncing on the adorable ger. How could his Chen Chen be so cute ah! He looked like a kitten drinking its milk. How he wished he could hold the kitten in his arms. But, this kitten of him was still wary of him and would brandish his small claws from time to time.

Seeing the young ger drinking his tea with pleasure, Xian Long Wei smiled and asked softly, "Is it good? Wei Dage especially asked the kitchen to put some honey."

Nodding his head, Zhan Chen smiled until his eyes turned crescent. "It's delicious!" he said unconsciously in response before he remembered he was supposed to make this man hate him. Pursing his pink lips, Zhan Chen changed his tone of voice, "it doesn't taste delicious. Just a tea."

This cold overbearing Emperor towards his subjects never felt powerless but towards this little ger, there were so many times where he was left helpless. Drinking the tea, Xian Long Wei frowned, it did taste good and sweet. And Zhan Chen obviously liked it, why would he suddenly say not liking it?

So confusing.

Chen Chen was confusing but he was too cute, so it was alright. Xian Long Wei still needed to learn a lot about how to please his future empress.

Zhan Chen peered from behind the porcelain cup and laughed quietly when he saw the frown on the Emperor's handsome face. 'Take that! I'll annoy you until you vomit blood!'

Emperor Xian who didn't realise of Rabbit Chen's naughty plan could only feel helpless as he thought many strategies to win his first day courting.

Xian Long Wei wanted to please his future empress and for that reason alone, he had some shadow guards doing his homework for him.

They were so pitiful ba! Being asked to be errant boys when they were supposed to become bodyguards. Not only they were fed with dog food, they also had to help the emperor court his empress.

"Have Chen Chen eaten?" Xian Long Wei asked the young ger and almost laughed when he saw those eye brighten with mention of food.

"I haven't yet. Mother said that Wei Dage would bring me to eat," Zhan Chen paused and added hopefully. "Can I eat sweets?"

"Of course, you can. But after eating some rice." Xian Long Wei gave a condition, he knew the young ger would not eat main course if he didn't control him.

Zhan Chen's previous act of an overbearing, arrogant young master flew out of the window as soon as he heard he could eat sweets. His mother had been controlling his sweets intake and this was the opportunity he was looking for. He-he-he.

Xian Long Wei watched the young ger's every reaction. He felt a great accomplishment when Zhan Chen finally showed his brilliant, sweet smile to him.

Zhan Chen who was bribed with sweets forgot his initial plan to annoy the Emperor. He started to talk to Xian Long Wei about everything that he found interesting.

Xian Long Wei inwardly smirked. It looked like he knew his future empress' weakness. So, in the future, he could coax his Chen Chen with lots of delicious food. He smiled and made a mental note to hire the best cooks for his future empress. This cook should know to make any food that his Chen Chen wanted to eat.

"Wei dage, where are we going?" Zhan Chen asked as he looked outside of the window. Currently, they were in the middle of capital street, heading to somewhere.

Long Wei just smiled, his voice was indulgent when he spoke, "Chen Chen is hungry, right? Wei dage has reserved the best restaurant in this city. I heard their desserts were the best in city."

Hearing that, Zhan Chen could not control his excitement. He would be able to eat lots of delicious sweets. He smiled adorably at the older male and said with a sweet voice, "thank you, Wei dage!"

Xian Long Wei felt immersed pleasure to receive the young ger's thanks. He inwardly preened like a peacock. His handsome face lighted proudly, adding with the sunlight that made its way through the small window, making him look even more handsome.

Zhan Chen who watched him felt his heart beat fast. Looking away, he tried to calm his traitorous heart. As a man himself, Zhan Chen also felt that this Emperor was very handsome. If he was a woman, he would already fall for Emperor Xian Long Wei.

But, Zhan Chen was not a woman and he wasn't gay either.

Zhan Chen's thoughts stopped the moment the carriage halted in front of the high class building.

"We've arrived," Xian Long Wei said as he walked out of the carriage and act as a perfect gentleman, by giving his hand for Zhan Chen to hold as he walked down the carriage.

As soon as Zhan Chen stepped on the ground, he cursed out. 'Fish! I forgot! I should make Wei Dage hate me!' he then removed his hand from the Emperor's hold and determined that he wouldn't tempt by the sweets and forget his original mission to have the emperor break this engagement.
