Jaxon decided that being between Grey's thighs was now his favorite place. Even if they were both fully clothed and in his office. Grey was currently sitting on the edge of Jaxon's desk, arms wrapped around his neck, as they kissed. Grey drew back slightly to catch his breath.

"Aren't you supposed to be working?" He murmured as Jaxon nuzzled along his jawline.

"Yes." Jaxon murmured back and resumed kissing him. Grey stifled a laugh and pulled away again, brushing his nose against Jaxon's.

"I can go if I'm distracting you." He whispered, his eyes fluttering open to take in Jaxon's heated gaze. His hands tightened possessively around Grey's hips and he let out a low groan that sounded more like a growl. Jaxon never expected Grey to be such a tease. It was exciting to witness Grey becoming more comfortable with his sensuality. He was already sexy but knowing he trusted Jaxon enough to show that side of himself had his head spinning with desire. Jaxon jerked Grey closer to the edge of the desk until they were perfectly flush from chest to hips. And when Grey gasped softly as Jaxon lazily rolled his hips, letting him feel how his playful teasing was affecting him, he dove down to consume Grey's lips in a hungry kiss. Grey's arms tightened around his neck, balling Jaxon's shirt up into his fists. As much as Jaxon was enjoying this, he knew he should pull back a little. He wanted nothing more than to take Grey right then and there, but he deserved something more special than a quickie on the desk in Jaxon's office for his first time. It had been almost a week since they spent Grey's heat together, but they were both still so desperate for each other. A hurried knock on the door hesitantly drew them apart. Jaxon sighed deeply, frowning.

"The bar better be on fucking fire." He grumbled, trying desperately to will his hard-on away. Grey chuckled softly, sliding down to his feet, and smoothed out his t-shirt. When they both calmed down some, Jaxon went over and opened his office door, surprised to see a clearly distressed Lex waiting on the other side. Lex had been coming in about every other weekend to hang out with Hanna while she worked and if Jaxon happened to be around, their interactions were always friendly but brief.

"Hey," Lex greeted quietly, his gaze darting between Jaxon and Grey, "sorry...can I talk to you for a minute, please?" Grey could tell something was definitely troubling the young man. His eyes were red-rimmed and he had dark circles.

"It's ok," Grey said, glancing at him, "I need to head out anyway." Jaxon slipped his hand into Grey's, lacing their fingers together.

"I'll walk you out," he stated and then looked to Lex, "be right back." They headed out and found Blake and Drew still waiting at their table, knowing smirks on their faces.

"Thought you just needed the restroom." Blake said shaking his head. Grey just shrugged, not looking sorry in the least.

"You guys ready?" He asked. They all headed outside and when they stopped by the curb, Jaxon pulled Grey into an embrace, brushing a kiss across his lips.

"Text me when you make it home, ok, baby?" He asked softly. Grey nodded, his stomach doing a funny little flutter, and gave him another quick peck before they reluctantly separated. Blake came up to his side, slipping his arm through his.

"Don't worry, lover boy," he said, smiling playfully, "we'll make sure your precious boyfriend makes it home safely." Jaxon chuckled softly as Grey shook his head, his cheeks flushing the faintest shade of pink.

"Bye." Grey breathed softly, turning to follow his friends back to his apartment.

"Yeah...bye Jaxon!" Blake and Drew cooed dramatically. Jaxon watched them until they disappeared around the corner before heading back to his office. Lex was sitting in one of the chairs in front of Jaxon's desk, sniffling softly.

"Hey," Jaxon murmured, crouching down in front of him, "what happened?" Lex sighed deeply, wrapping his arms around himself.

"I started seeing this guy," he replied quietly, "we were getting along really well and the lease on my apartment was coming up so he suggested I move in with him," Lex shook his head, "deep down I felt like it was too soon...we've only been seeing each other for about a month...but it sounded like a good idea at the time and I thought I really liked him," he hesitated for a second, taking a shaky breath, "it was like a flip switched as soon as I moved in...he wanted to know where I was and who I was with all the time...he wanted to read my messages and if I was late getting home he would accuse me of cheating on him," Lex shook his head, "I knew his last partner cheated on him before they broke up so I figured he just needed more reassurance, but it was just too much...I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells around him...we got into an argument when I said I wanted to move out and needed some space...it was bad," he hesitated, staring down at his hands in his lap, "he...hit me...so I left." Jaxon felt his breath catch in his throat.

"He hit you," he demanded, frowning, "are you ok?" Lex nodded slowly.

"Yeah, I've been staying with Hanna," he replied softly, "I found a place but it won't be ready for about a week...I was wondering if you could help me get my stuff and maybe I could stay with you until then?" Jaxon hesitated for a second.

"If that's too much I can move my stuff into storage for a little while," Lex said quickly, "I just didn't want to be...alone with him when I go to get my things." Jaxon took his hands, giving them a gentle squeeze. He still felt bad about how things went down between them, so he did want to help however he could.

"I'll go with you," he said softly, "and you can stay with me until then." Lex gave him a grateful smile before giving him a hug.

"Thanks, Jaxon." He murmured.
