Prologue

Greyson (Grey) McLane is an Omega, but he's not like other Omegas. One, he's not small and delicate. And two, he hasn't had a heat cycle and he's already twenty-four. He doesn't produce pheromones and he can't smell them either. If it wasn't for the blood work that was done when he was born, people would think he's a Beta. Grey is fine with that. He's lived his life freely and on his terms. He's not the least bit interested in finding an Alpha and settling down. That is until he finds himself in a dangerous situation with three angry Alphas and he's rescued by Jaxon Pace, an Alpha that finds Grey very interesting. Grey just wants to thank him for his help and forget about it, but Jaxon has other plans. Will the persistent Alpha be able to convince the reluctant Omega to give him a chance? Will friendship eventually lead to something more? And when Grey finds himself in a compromising situation will Jaxon step up again to help or risk losing him forever?
