I love you", he said and held Tighnari's face in his hands. "So from now.... don't make plans that will keep us separated for so long"

He leaned in to kiss Tighnari. But just as their lips were about to meet, Tighnari pushed Cyno away.

"Nari..?"

Tighnari started coughing. "Sorry *cough* I think I need water *cough*"

"You have been coughing so much since yesterday. No way you are alright", Cyno said as he hurriedly poured water into a glass and gave it to Tighnari.
