"The Contraceptive pills... I forgot to bring them..."

Tighnari immediately became scared. "No it's okay... its still not too late. Only been three weeks... bring them! I am sure it's just my imagination..."

He was panicking way too much.

But somehow Cyno felt otherwise. He held Tighnari's hands and sat down with him. "Nari... and what if you are pregnant?"

Tighnari became frozen.

"Look... if you don't want the baby of course I am not going to tell you to keep the child. What is it Tighnari? What is it that's making you this scared?"

"Cyno, is the life that we've given Collei good enough for us to being another soul to life...?", Tighnari asked with a Troubled expression. "No parent should give birth to a child for whom they cannot provide peace. They are not born out of their own free will. We are the ones who bring them to the world. And is it not the greatest sin to bring someone without their will and then proceed to give them a life full of misery?"

Cyno held Tighnari's face and looked into his eyes. "Nari... Collei is happy"

The moment Cyno said that, Tighnari felt something stirring deep inside him.

"Do you still think that you could not give Collei All the happiness that she deserves?", he asked.
Tighnari didn't know. He was not sure.

Collei came back inside the room. "Homework finally done!", she yelled and stretched.

"Collei, come here once", Cyno called for her and she went and sat down with her fathers.

"What happened?", she asked.

"Collei, tell us honestly okay? What is your greatest regret?"

Tighnari became worried. What was Collei going to say?

Regret being born?

Regret having a father like him?

Regret having a life of running from harm?

"Nothing!", Collei said after much thought with a smile. "But I do have a wish!"

"Oh, what is it?",Cyno asked.

Collei's smile grew brighter as they looked at Tighnari and Cyno.

"I want to be born as your daughter in every life!"

Tighnari's heart immediately felt like a burden had been lifted. His eyes shivered with emotions unknown to him.

"In my next life, then next to next life- always! Everytime! I only want to have my Dad and Papa by my side.", Collei said and suddenly Tighnari tightly held her close to his heart.

"Umm... Dad...?"

She could feel him shaking. When she felt her wet shoulders she became worried. "Dad, you are crying!?"

She had never seen Tighnari shed so many tears.

"Why are you crying Dad!?"

Cyno watched over the two with a warmest smile on his face. He wrapped his hands around the two and joined in on the hug.

Collei was a little confused at first. But being in the warmth of her parents was such a blessed feeling. So she stopped asking about Tighnari's tears.

She didn't even realize how much she healed Tighnari's heart.
