Both Tighnari and Cyno meet in the most unexpected possible way.

Cyno knew that he desires Tighnari the moment his eyes fell on him.

Collei came back from school with a very very serious expression on her face. She sat down on the sofa without even saying anything.
Cyno was out at Abigor. And Tighnari did hear her come in. So he stopped chopping the vegetable and went out if the kitchen to see why Collei didn't say anything after returning.
"Collei? Did something happen at school?"
Collei looked at Tighnari and immediately tears formed in her eyes. "Dad... my friends told me that you'll forget me after baby sibling is born", she said and suddenly bursted into tears.
Tighnari couldn't believe what he just heard. "No Collei of course not! Who said that to you!?"
"No... what will I do if you really forget me...?"
At times like these Tighnari really missed Cyno's presence. He was the best at handling Collei's emotional tantrums. But he couldn't just not say anything.
"Umm... Collei... do you really think me amd your Papa don't love you?"
Collei spoke in her crying voice- "No... you two love me..."
"Then how can we forget about you? No one forgets their loved ones"
Collei sneezed her nose and wiped her tears. Tighnari smiled and sat down beside her as she did.

After Cyno came back home and heard about Collei's new found worry, he laughed and hugged Collei. "You are so silly haha- forget you!? Hahaha- as if we can"
Collei pouted and turned her face away in embarrassment. The more she thought about it the more stupid she felt. _
Tighnari didn't open the flower shop anymore after he was eight months in.
"71 kilogram- that's good!", Albedo said and felt relieved. "That means you've been gaining weight nicely. Which means the baby is gonna be very healthy."
Back when Collei was born even at nine months Tighnari weighed hardly over 65. But time he was much more healthy and happy.
After Cyno's repeated requests- Tighnari had to close the flower shop. At least for the time being. Cyno just would not let him work.
"If I don't at least do some household work I'll feel like a pile of sack", he said and pushed Cyno away when he tried to stop him from cleaning the windows.
In Cyno's absense Tighnari did all the household chores. And Lisa came in everyday at around late morning to help him. After coming back from school, everyday Collei sat beside him and tried her best to feel every little movement of the baby. Everything was so fascinating to her. "Your tummy is so big now~"
The peace that he could feel was all because of how hard Cyno was working behind the scenes.
And he was working hard at home to finally plan out the wedding.
