Chapter 6 Celestia

"Yeah he called at 3 AM, but I was asleep," I told Sofia as we sat on her bed.

"You answered?" She asked and I shook my head "I was asleep smartie"

"I guessed so" She stood up went to the window, and peeked outside, I went and joined her to see where she was looking.

I never really realized how close their houses were, his room was really visible from here, I could see him doing push-ups in his room with his black shirt on.

"Alex woke me up at 3:30 to tell me that he was worried about James because he called and he was having an episode." She told me sitting down on her desk chair.

"What episode?" I asked confused

"He has bipolarity" she admitted which took me by surprise

"Yeah? You think that's why he called at 3 AM?" I asked her still looking at him

He was shirtless doing push-ups fast.

"Most probably." She answered while I kept looking at him

"Are you snooping?" She asked smacking my butt lightly

"What no" I answered and threw myself on the bed

"By the way, I see that you have eyes for the new girl!?" I said raising both of my eyebrows excited

"Don't lie" I continued with a threatening voice

" Ash? She is nice, I won't lie to you we have been talking" she finally admitted looking everywhere but at me

"Talking or talking talking?" I asked looking at her

"Talking talking"

"AHA, I KNEW IT!!" I yelled excitedly

"Shut up CeeCee " she mocked

"Oh no don't call me that," I said picking up my phone.

"Our exam is in two days." I reminded Sofia "You think James will be better for it? The teacher said that it's an important exam."

"I know it's good it got delayed anyway, he isn't in a good mental state," Sof spoke taking her phone after receiving a message

"Who is that?" I asked when I saw her grinning at her screen,

"Earth to Sofia Wilson," I said again to make her look at me.

"Sorry it's-" she started then stopped in her tracks before yelling

"SHE IS COMING OVER YOU HAVE TO LEAVE," she said finding her bed

"I am not going anywhere girl, I want to meet this Ash." I said not leaving a place for arguments "Plus it's my break day, I don't have tennis, I don't have piano lessons, no classes, and my parents aren't in town anyway I am not going back to my house."

She looked at me and then shrugged "When she arrives, I will go spend time with your mom, and maybe eavesdrop on you, just so your Mama doesn't do it all alone." I winked at her getting comfortable in the chair she was sitting on.

"You need to fix your lamp," I said and she quickly looked over it

"My lamp is fine," she said and I shook my head "No, it's not on an even line with your TV controller and your water bottle" I explained walking toward it to fix it.

Suddenly Sofia's mom yelled from downstairs "Sweetie, a beautiful young girl is here to see you come down!"

Her mother, was the sweetest human on earth, and she is one of the strongest women I have ever met too, Sofia's father was never in the picture so her mom works two jobs to get Sofia and her sister everything she might want or need, she has always supported her too after Sof came out as bisexual, miss Jackline Wilson made her a giant rainbow cake to celebrate.
