Now that she wasn't here with the intention to kill him– yet, Misun eyes critically scanned his room, picking up signs of anything that he might be interested in, but just like his mind, it was unreadable, just plain gray walls without posters, a duvet without patterns, his desk held nothing relating to a hobby, just books, a calendar on the side, a lamp close to the globe, a potted plant on the top shelf and then her attention landed on his laptop, maybe something in there might reveal just what he's into.
Seungmin watched, amused as she literally raked his room, quite intrigued at the same time.
“Wow, are you hypnotized?” The black haired finally voiced out, Misun immediately stopped with a gasp, her hand inches away from the device. “Do I really interest you that much?” he added, smirking, a satisfied look on his face as Misun stood frozen, an embarrassed look on her face.
“Uh...” she wavered. “You're a nerd.”
“Oh wow, I'm so hurt,” Seungmin feigned hurt, placing a hand on his chest. This only seemed to pissed her off even more, a ridiculous blush dancing on her flushed cheeks.
“Stop it,” Misun put a hand up, halting his movement. “We need to talk.”
Seungmin's lips curved into a pout. “Right...” he trailed off. “You jump really well, were you a kangaroo in your past life? Or a bunny?”
“Are you trying to divert the current situation?”
Seungmin pushed himself off the wall he was leaning on, trudging to his study corner, a curious Misun watching his every move. His steps were drab, drearily dull, just like always. Even the way his eyes were slightly lidded most of the time.
And so Misun thought; if she couldn't get to his mind, she might as well figure him out by studying his body language, that would break down a lot of work.
Seungmin noticed the way she had been staring at him, and it irked him. He gave her a side glance, occupying a seat. “Do you have a crush on me?”
“What?” Misun blinked out of her daze.
“I didn't stutter, did I?”
Misun gruff, he was too direct. “I don't, you're just really...” she paused, seungmin waiting for a continuation of her ramble. Misun shook her head, swatting away the unwanted conversation. “I wanna talk about what happened.”
“And I wanna talk about maths.”
A shocked gasp escaped Misun, bemused at how casually he had said that. “No, I don't wanna talk about maths!”
“Um... This is my room so whatever I say goes.”
“That's not how it works!” Misun got louder. “I wanna talk about how you did that, can you teleport or fly or...”
“Shh. . .” Seungmin scampered to where she stood, pressing a finger on the shorter's lips. “My mum is here, don't get noisy.”
Misun nodded, taking a step back, noting how jumpy he got. “Right. Um..
Do you have powers?”“You know a phantom can make you delusional, right? Have you made any contact with any?”
“I know I'm not crazy!”
“I never said you were,” The black haired put out simply, his tone hushed. “The crustacean was pretty big and doesn't move as quickly as it should and I'm just pretty fast I guess– in a natural way of course.”
Misun paused. “You stood on a lamppost. Can you naturally jump that high too?”
“That was not a lamppost.”
“I know what I saw...”
“Do you?” Seungmin asked and Misun stopped to think, Did she? She was quite shaken up and very dizzy too. Maybe Seungmin was right, maybe she was deluded and her mind exaggerated the event, or maybe being that close to a phantom as huge as that did have its effects. “You're probably stressed, go sleep, Sun.”
“Sun?” Misun mused at the nickname.
