[ Third person pov ]

Misun was sitting on the bleachers, the mild sun warm against her skin. She was dragged here by two of her friends to watch the boys practice. The black haired sighed, resting her cheeks on her palms which were propped up by her elbow that were on her thighs, Dahee and Haerin chatting off about the boys in the field, their words barely getting to her. Her mind was still in the past, trapped in her conversation with her neighbour, his pace of speech that easily switches from fast to slow and his sibilance. His voice was soft and truly an ear candy.

“...what do you think, Sunnie?” the girl on the left nudged her, crashing her daydream.

Right, she was still with them. “Uh?” Misun straightened her posture, gulping a bit, smiling faintly at them. “What happened?”

The girls besides her giggled, taking her ignorance for something else, maybe something that had to do with a certain neighbour of hers. “Who do you think is the hottest guy in our soccer team?” Haerin repeated her earlier question.

Misun took her time with that one, she didn't really pay too much mind to guys like her friends did. “I don't know?” she spoke up, earning lazy groans from both girls.

“You're boring,” Dahee put out. “I think Soobin is like, have you seen him?”

“Have you seen Jisung?”

“He leans more to the adorable side.”

Both guys rambled on again, tittering as they watched the guys chase a ball like silly kids and she wonders how it somehow seemed appealing to her friends. “What about Seungmin?” Dahee perked up, critically eyeing Misun for a reaction.

Haerin clapped her hands joyously. “Yes. Like he looks so innocent and you never really know what he's thinking, which makes him even hotter,” that totally made no sense to Misun, she turned to the brunette, a brow irked up. “What? You don't share?” they both laughed again, making Misun sigh.

“Have you seen Seungmin's new undercut?”

“Even hotter, I died.”

Misun wanted to end their simping session, hearing them talk about him like that made her feel a bit uncomfortable. She opened her mouth to speak but the coach's whistle interjected. The boys on the field stopped playing, turning as he yakked something off to them, words that didn't quite get to them.

Three guys walked away from the bunch, two chatting off with each other and a livid Seungmin walking behind them. Her friends were right, his hair was shorter with an undercut, almost like a messy texture crop. From the distance they could see how enraged the black haired was, scrawling deeply, brows arched downward.

“Oh wow, he's mad. that's hot.”

Misun ignored what the brown haired said, not taking her eyes off Seungmin. The raven haired looked up, noticing the group of students on the bleachers too, but his attention was on Misun, and almost instantaneously his expression softened as he broke into a sly smirk, waving at her.

Dahee and Haerin gasped, squealing as they attacked Misun with soft punches on her shoulders, shaking the flustered girl repeatedly. “He likes you, that's a sign, I'm telling you.”

“How did you do it? Teach me your way, wise sensei.”

“It was probably meant for someone else,” Misun tried calming them down, albeit a part of her wanted that to be false.
