"Henry? Dream? Henry!" Mary Margaret yelled as they entered the Sorcerer's library.

"Henry! Dream!" David yelled out, too.

"Oh!" Mary Margaret sighed in relief as Henry stepped out into view from the small nook of books. "Come on. The villains have to be on the way." She said as she saw Dream follow Henry.

"Already been here." Dream and Henry said in unison.

"What? Did they take the page?" David asked them.

"They think they did." Dream spoke up first.

"Except my mom, of course. She just gave us a look, and then Dream nodded to let me know I was right. And I knew exactly what she meant." Henry smiled at his grandparents when he shrugged like it was not a big deal.

"You gave them the forged page Emma made?" David smiled at Henry.

"Smart kid." Mary Margaret smiled at him. "Where's the real one?" She asked the two of them.

Henry smiled, walking over to the bookshelf, where he hid his storybook in plain sight. He opened it in front of his grandparents to show them the page.

"Oh, great job. Mary Margaret and I are gonna take this and keep it safe." David said to Henry that Dream had kept a hand on Henry's shoulder while Henry passed his book over to his grandpa.

"There's something else." Dream said, making them look at her.

"We found the key. We can free the Author." Henry said, holding up the key to show them.

He did not hesitate to move closer and try to use the key to open the door, but David shut the book before he could do anything.

"Henry, hold on," David said in a frantic tone.

"What are you doing?"

"Uh, we don't know what's gonna happen. Just let us handle things." David said to his grandson as Dream furrowed her brows.

"David?" She asked him with furrowed brows.

"But I found the key--"

"Henry, it's too dangerous! Go!" David raised his voice as Henry looked sad. David held his hand out as Mary Margaret sighed, watching Henry's face fall.

Henry sighed, putting the key in David's hand, before walking in between his grandparents to head back to Dream's car.

"You didn't have to yell at him. He just wants to help Mom." Dream sighed, looking at David as she walked between them to follow Henry.

David sighed, watching Henry and Dream walk out of the library as Mary Margaret sighed, pushing on her temples.

"So, now we're lying to Henry... and Dream." She sighed as David looked down. "If we keep this up, we're no different than Gold." Mary Margaret sighed, looking at David, who had stepped into the role of Dream's father since she cut off her own father, who tried to kill her.

Meanwhile, Gold had entered his shop. He did not have to sneak around since the town was under the curse. He walked in, finding Belle on the floor. He picked her up, carrying her to the makeshift bed in the backroom.

"My love." He smiled, seeing her sleep, when he moved to sit next to her. "I need to tell you this while it still matters... My magic comes at a cost, as you know. And I have racked up so much debt, I can never be clear of it. Unless I find a way to change the rules. But now..." He sighed, moving his hand to his chest where his heart is. "...here's the hard truth: something else is changing. So, if I'm gonna change the rules, I'm gonna have to do so quickly." He said to her before hearing a vehicle pull up near his shop.

Gold sighed, moving to pick up Belle's hand, wishing he could tell her all of this while she was awake. He kissed the back of her hand.

"I will come back for you. And Bae. If I can." He smiled sadly before getting up and walking out of the shop.

"What were you doing in there?" Cruella asked while she, Maleficent, and Regina walked up to Gold, who stepped out of the shop.

"Mind your own business." He scoffed at Cruella. "Did you find the boy?" Gold asked the three women.

"We found the boy," Maleficent said, handing the page to Gold.

"I found him." Regina corrected.

"This is rubbish." Gold scoffed, looking up from the forgery page.

"What?" Regina pretended to be shocked.

"It's a fake. You've spent enough time with the book. You should know the difference." Gold said to Regina.

"They tricked me." Regina scoffed, trying to come up with an excuse.

"What, you think I didn't suspect you?" He asked her with a scoff, ripping the page in half. "I've been waiting for this moment. I knew it would come." He smirked slightly. "Maleficent." He said as Regina tried to come up with another excuse.

"Wait, I can--" Regina tried to say but Maleficent waved her hand, making Regina fall to the floor.

"Bring her to her vault," Gold told Cruella and Maleficent as he continued to crumble up the forgery page.
