Gotchard in his Odorimantis Rider Mode used his blades to slash at the bullets that the Malgam aimed at Tohka.

Tohka: Shido!

Hearing Shido's name from Tohka's mouth causes the gun-based Malgam to suddenly stop moving. It turns its attention to Gotchard, its voice unheard by both Gotchard and Tohka.

Malgam: E-Eh? Itsuka?

Gotchard straightens himself as he turns his head back towards Tohka.

Gotchard: You alright Tohka?

Tohka: Umu! Thank you for protecting me.

Tohka nods at Gotchard, before the two turn their attention towards the Malgam.

Tohka: What is that though? I have never seen anything like that before.

Gotchard: A Malgam.

Tohka: A Malgam? Then you know what it is?

Gotchard: Yeah, in short Malgams are basically monsters created when a human's malice comes in contact with a Chemy.

Tohka: Chemy?

Gotchard: I'll tell you another time, you just go and get out of here. The Malgam's after you, so you need to run .

Tohka hesitated for a moment as she looked back and forth between Gotchard and the Malgam, whose malicious aura scared her. However Tohka didn't run, she steeled her resolve and stepped forward in front of Gotchard.

Tohka: No.

Gotchard: Huh?

Gotchard was surprised when Tohka moved past him. In a flash she summons her sword into her hand as she readies herself.

Tohka: If what you say is true and she is after me, then she is my fight. I will not allow you to fight my battles for me. However if you wish to aid me that is acceptable.

Gotchard looks dumbfounded at Tohka for a moment before letting out a small chuckle. He then moves forward taking a stand beside Tohka.

Gotchard: You better not slow me down.

Tohka: I could say the same to you.

The two dashed forward, charging towards the Malgam.

(Outside)

Ryouko: GAH!

Blood splattered out of Ryouko's as she was dangling from being held by the neck by Clotho.

Clotho: These are the best humanity has to offer in combating threats? How pathetic.

Clotho tosses Ryouko to the ground as she turns away from her. Ryouko was still conscious as she slowly tried to get up.

Ryouko: You bastards!

Clotho turns back towards Ryoko, however she didn't do anything and only smirked at the fallen AST captain. She turns away from Ryouko, as the fallen AST captain faints from her injuries.

Clotho walks towards both Atropos and Lachesis who were standing over the unconscious injured bodies of the remaining members of the AST, except for one. The two quickly notice Clotho walking towards them.

Clotho: You two finished?

Lachesis: Yeah, these girls weren't any fun to play with at all. What about you?
