In the Hotel Room, Mumbai:
Abhimanyu and co were raking their brains and scanning through the data to find important details. When they searched about Manya JaiSingh on the internet, they were stunned by the results.
She was a former Fortune 500 Company CEO, Businesswoman Of The Year Awardee, featured on Forbes India, who hails from an influential family with a royal lineage.
Her mother chose to wed her father in a dramatic fashion by going against her royal family traditions. But Manya had a grand wedding with Adhiraj Sangwaan, who also happens to be the sole heir of an influential business family and within 4 years of it, they got divorced.
Nothing much was written about the divorce or the case that lasted for almost a year because they were very high on privacy. The internet had nothing to offer with regards to their marriage photos or divorce proceedings. Even in Adhiraj's case, only his recent success and achievements along with his biography before marriage were clearly documented. Manya's name was nowhere mentioned whenever he was referred to as a divorcee.
Coming to Manya, her personal life was nowhere discussed or described. Her life after divorce was a mystery for the world and many media houses reported about her shifting bases to the U.K. after divorce. About her professional life, there was only a little mention of a huge MNC taking over her company 2 years ago. That's it. There was nothing more on the internet about either of them or the case they fought.
From the documents they traded in exchange for a huge amount of money, they figured out that the restraining orders were indeed issued about 2 years ago after Manya won the control of her company back. According to Manya, they have been living under a rock for 2 years. Even the timeline matched ensuring that her story was legit.
The fact that a lot of crucial information has been successfully wiped off the internet, especially with regards to such a high-profile case, definitely solidified her claim of having enough backing and influence in the system.
What he did during the custody case of Abhir and his divorce case was nothing in comparison to the magnitude of this scenario. Even that was really difficult to execute for him and he can obviously understand how big an influence and what kind of money must have been pumped in to get the information vanished.
All in all, they couldn't find out much about the association or the terms between Manya JaiSingh and Adhiraj Sangwaan even after so much effort.
Abhimanyu sighed and asked Abhishek, "Abhishek! Agar yeh sab humein nahi pata lagta hain toh bhi theek hain. Lekin humein Adhiraj aur uski activities ke bare mein toh information mil sakti hain na?" Abhishek nodded.
"Woh miljayega Sir per aapka kya plan hain?"
"Nothing much. I just wanted to have a face-off with that bast*rd, discretely." Abhimanyu mentioned nonchalantly while Neil and Abhishek shared a look.
They weren't against the idea at all. In fact, they loved the idea but were shocked having it come from Abhimanyu Birla. Neil wished Rohan was there to witness this moment but mentally decided to give him an explanation in detail once they break the news about kidnapping to him.
