Ana sighed as as she packed her things, putting all of them in her backpack.

Some of her clothes, shoes, some stuff her mom got her like a tube of lipgloss and an old bottle of perfume, and some books.

She looked at her room, with a frown. She was sure gonna miss this place. Sure it was dirty and bit beaten down, but it was what she considered home.

She wasn't sure if she was ready to live in a completely different place than she's used to.

Especially since it's a place where people grew up with riches, children who've been spoiled since the day they were born.

A complete contrast to her and her friends who grew up with rags.

Stealing food just to satisfy the hunger, fighting off people to survive.

She wasn't ready to leave the Isle.

Where she knew children were suffering, starving, dying.

She felt like she didn't deserve it.

Deserve to be given a chance.

A loud honk broke through her thoughts, causing her to slightly jump. She dropped her dirty wool sweater, before rushing to peak at her window.

There a huge black limo awaited them from below, its sleek, clean exterior shining, so different from the old beaten up cars on the streets.

"Analise!"

Her mother's voice rang through the house.

"Yes, mother?"

"Your rides here! Hurry up, will ya?!"

Ana quickly stuffed the remaining items to her backpack, zipping it up and swinging it on her shoulder. "Okay! On my way!" She yelled back.

She was about to open her door, before she turned back around, walking to her makeshift vanity.

It consisted of a broken dresser, a leg missing, but was replaced with a piece of metal pole.

The drawers were missing some handles. She opened the top drawer and shuffled through the pieces of candy wrapper and a bunch of papers and pencils.

Her blue eyes lit up when she felt the jewelry. She grinned, holding it up.

It was a diamond bracelet with blue charms dangling on it. There was a baby bottle, a butterfly, and a hat.

She have always hid it as her mother would go crazy at the sight of it. It was a precious thing and she didn't want to share it with anyone.

She looked at herself in the broken mirror, her hair was still in her usual braid, little baby hair sticking out.

Her face was covered with some dirt, probably from the dust that seeps through her ceiling when she sleeps.

She wiped the dirt on her cheekbone before looking at her hair, taking off the little cloth. She brushed the ends with a cringe, seeing as she haven't brushed it since two weeks ago.

She looked at her reflection again, satisfied at her appearance.

"What's taking you so long?!"

Her friends gaped at the sight of the limo, Jay quickly went to the front and stole the piece of trinket that sat on the hood. Ana looked at him with smirk, amused as he winked at her.

"Oh-smells like common folk..." EQ's nose twitched in disgust as Evie rushed to the backseat in excitement, opening the door.

"Carlos!" Cruella shrieked as she chased down her son, who laughed dumping his bag in the trunk before rushing to the backseat, Evie going in after him.
