When Reina was done being washed dried off, she was given many choices of the dresses she could chose from. Many of them were too revealing for her liking. She was a rather conservative young lady, so the only dress that really stuck out to her was a purple dress with white roses on it. Once it was placed on her she was given two inch heels to wear. Her parents had her stay out of sight until she was called down the stairs. She watched from the side as she saw many people chattering with one another and dancing. She also noticed that there were a few people on the side lines.
It wasn't long before her father had quieted down the entire ball room before he spoke up. "Greetings to all from near and far, it brings me great joy and happiness to say that today is a happy day for this kingdom. Twenty-one years ago My wife Tanna and I lost our youngest daughter in a large scale bandit raid that happened within these very walls. Twenty-one years ago, we had thought that all was lost when we saw that our baby girl was taken from us. But this morning, we were graced with a miracle." The king said sincerely
Her mother then spoke up holding her father's hand. "We have personally checked to see if the woman we have seen is our daughter, we have personally done what is needed to be sure and fact checked everything we claim. We wish all of you to give a warm welcome back into our loving royal family our youngest daughter, Reina Hartman."
Hearing her name she came out of hiding with her hands together in front of her. She bowed her head towards the guests but said nothing as she was quiet walking down the steps to where her parents were waiting at a platform. Her father held out his hand to her which she smiled and took with happiness in her eyes. The three of them walked down the rest of the stairs as she noted that her two elder sisters were glaring at her-she also noted just how much they did not cover up. She then went back to looking forward before she landed at the end of the stairs with her parents on either side of her.
Her mother then spoke softly to her. "Go on and tell your story to everyone daughter. Keep in mind the village leader of each outer and middle section is here."
Reina's eyes lit up hearing what her mother said before she nodded her head. "Greetings to all of you, My name is Reina Hartman as my beloved mother has said to all of you. I had not know who my parents were for the first ten years of my life. I lived in the poorest of all of the outer kingdoms villages by the name of Verdon. Not only are they are the poorest they are the least intelligent of all of the outer villages. The orphanage owner of that village was cruel and would for the last three months of the year keep me locked up like a savage in a cellar unlike the other children. At the age of ten, many of the adults there chose to watch four males who were playing by the river near Verdon pelt rocks and stones at my head-instead of telling them to leave me alone while I was finishing for the orphanage. My temper got the better of me, I unknowingly used magic and casted a spell to literally knock out all of the air out of those boys. Instead of asking me if I was okay what was done was inhuman...Especially for the idiot male who called himself the village chief of that poor village."
At that time Verdon's Village leader spoke up. "YOU BRAT! HOW DARE YOU SAY WHAT YOU HAVE ABOUT MY VILLAGE!" He shouted angered
Reina ignored him and continued to speak, feeling unprovoked by the male. "The male kicked me out of the village for what I had done instead of making sure that I was unharmed by the rocks and stones thrown at me. I was in hysterics and that male chose to kick me out and forbade me from ever coming back to that village. I ran for what seemed like hours until I was taken in by the lovely family that looked over the Kirka village. The Neveil family took me in and it was with the head chief of that village who happened to be the man of that house. I learnt so much from that family, from Mrs. Neveil she taught me about how this world works what holidays are and much more that I should have already known. Then Mr. Neveil...Mr. Zayne, he helped me the most, he helped me know who I was just because of the crest I hold around my neck." Reina said as she held the family crest that was around her neck.
