🍂Nicks Pov. 🍂

I sighed looking at the concert ticket in my hands, grinning as I waited patiently in line outside with every one else who was attending.
Feeling like I should pinch myself now because I couldn't believe I was gonna see my favorite band in concert. And up close!!
It's so cool because they always pick someone outve the crowd to do a VIP backstage hang out with a member, and taking turns per concert so it's always someone different each day.
But they pick the fan themselves.
I looked around , excited as everyone else, wishing the line would go faster.

I arrived about two hours early to the venue that the concert was being held at, hoping I could get close to the front of the stage.
The line was slowly moving along outside as we went through security, I leaned against the gate as a bunch of other fans next to me yelled.

"Look!!! There they are!!!! Darcy!!! Tara!!!!! Tao!!! Over here!" The fans around me yelled. I looked through the gate to see if he was with them.
Darcy was the lead guitarist, Tao was the lead bassist, and the singer was Tara. They were all chatting and laughing walking at the back of the venue , they had snacks in their hands as if just getting back from a convenience store.
I leaned up trying to see if I could see him behind them. My eyes widened... there he was ..trailing behind slowly as he fiddled with opening up his drink.
He looked over noticing us and waved smiling.

Oh my god.. holy shit.. there he is!!
I can't believe it!!

I sighed , my face against the metal.

Charlie Spring..

I grinned, my heart racing, he was so cool.

He was the best in the whole band, in my opinion. .
Charlie was the drummer, and an Amazing one at that. .
I loved every single one of his drum solos.
I'd been abit obsessed since the band formed earlier last year, and I've supported in every way I could find.
This was the third concert I'd been to, and each one was perfect, I also got a poster from each one hanging up in my dorm room.
My roommate Ben was always teasing me for it but I didn't care.

I looked online to see what member was picking tonight, and it was him. It was Finallyyyy him.

The line moved up as I went through security, making my way into the venue in total Awe as I looked around.
I hurriedly walked over toward the front of the stage, standing right next to a speaker. I was so close I could touch it easily if I really wanted to.
But the drums, the Drums were right fucking there! !
Just five feet away from me.
Charlie fucking Spring, was gonna be just five feet away from me.
My heart was doing spins.
I waited along with everyone else that came in, the crowd growing huge behind me.
Making me really glad I got here earlier, I wouldn't have gotten such a good spot!!!

About 30 minutes later the stage lights went off and then started going crazy as they flashed in different colors to hype us all up..
I grinned , I loved this part.
He always came out last.
It was dark except for the bright colorful lights behind them, making them into dark silhouette outlines of themselves.
Tao came out first and played a few notes , we were all yelling and clapping, hyping the band up as Darcy came out next and got in position, playing similar notes.
We were all cheering as Tara's shadow came out asking us if we were ready and hyping us up,
And then...
My heart stopped.
