One mouth and a half have passed since we left Nassau behind us. After about three weeks we fought with the English Navy and we fought better as we weren't afraid of anyone to get hurt. Thank the God we didn't lose anyone of the men, some only got injured, one of them was Dave. He couldn't walk for two weeks until his wound at his leg got better. He was stupid for fighting someone at his own side, alone. Dave is one of my best men due to his experience of fighting and being a pirate. He became a pirate a year before James became one, at his sixteen. Well he is at this job for twenty-two years so if he wasn't a little good, he would have said goodbye to us.
Then I heard a knock on my door. "Captain!" Jack shouted earning a 'come in' as he came inside the cabin. "We are going to dock in about one hour."
"Good! Before we fully dock I would like to have a talk with the men. Tell them, alright?" I said and looked down at my maps once again.
"Aye aye captain!" He said nodding his head and leaving closing the dock behind him.
It passed around forty minutes before someone once again knocked at the door. As usual I muttered a 'come in' and the door opened revealing Jack who stood at the entrance. He bowed his head slightly before he told me, "Captain, everyone's waiting for you outside."
I nodded and got up heading to the door. Before leaving the room I checked if I had my sword, my pistol and the two knives. As I saw that everything was at it's place on my outfit I walked outside and saw all of my men to have surrounded the cabin.
When I walked outside I took a big breath. "You know we are going to dock in a few minutes. I will leave you to go and do anything you want, but don't any of you get the guards here then you are dead meat when I will see you! This will last for around three days but when I summoned you here you will come the time you hear the news. In these days I would want someone to watch the ship. Are we clear?" I said and everyone nodded their heads shouting 'Aye captain' or 'Aye aye' or just saying yes.
Their look on their faces were happy-go-lucky and smiled all the way till we fully docked. As I walked down the plank I walked through the town with Rick. Rick didn't question why I said to him to follow me but he had the urge to ask. Our first stop was the 'wanted posters' wall. Let's see, how much does my head cost? I thought and all Rick could hear was my muttering and talking to myself.
After trying to find my face on the old and new papers, I found it and made a weird sound. Hmm... 10000? I didn't do any-, I stopped when I heard someone chuckling next to me. I turned and saw Rick, who I forgot he was here with me.
"What?" He asked trying to hide his little laugh as he saw my slightly frowning face. "Alright, alright. You made a cute weird noice when you found your face. It was funny." He said and looked at my face features lightened up. Did he just said it was cute the squeak I did? Or did he just said I was cu-. "So what are you looking at now? I see you are lost in your thoughts."
"Yeah. Well I'm trying to find Carriedo's and Bonnefoy's name here. Can you help me?" I answered as he snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Sure, why not, captain~" He said in a sing tone the last word.
"Stop it Rick. You know you can call me Scarlett. You, Dave and Alice."
"Alright Scarlett" He said and looked at the posters, trying to find the Spaniard and the Frenchman. "But why do you want to find them? What do you have in mind?" He told me a little suspiciously and looked at my with the end of his brown eyes.
"Well you will find out soon enough. Hey they're here!" I said and pointed at two wanted posters. The one wanted poster was saying 'Antonio Fernandez Carriedo. Captain of the Atlantis' Wrath.'. The other one which had the Frenchman had in it: 'Francis Bonnefoy. Captain of the Love Inquisitor.'. Those two men hadn't so much gold on their head as they had in other cities. This was a fact and for my head.
