The following day came very fast and as always I went to grab something to eat. Something fruity. Yes. That time of the month was for me and I couldn't wear a dress because of Mathias and the others finding out. So my only option was to just find a way to bleed, but not so much.
So I left my room and walked around the city, trying to find a place where I could find something to eat. I was casually walking the market until someone grabbed my hand and stopped me. "Good morning Scarlett!" Mathias cheered and I smiled back at him. "Come on. We are sitting all together and we were waiting for you to wake up" he started to explain as we walked towards a tavern with big wooden tables inside and outside.
When we entered the tavern many people turned to look at us. Mathias continued to walk next to me as he guided me away from all these people. There I saw everyone sitting at a square table with plates in front of them. Even Arthur. Everyone except from Lucas and Emil.
We sat and I shot a tired smile to each one of them. They all greeted me and right after came in front of me a plate of hot soup. "I ordered it for you because of the cold that has around here" Arthur stated and I started to dig in my food.
After we chit chat a little while I was eating the soup, I questioned them, "Where is Emil and Lucas?".
Berwald lowered his mug and explained with a sigh, "Even though Emil does know about ships, he doesn't know about how to command one, how to gain each ones of his crew members the respect". And he drank a little more before leaving the mug complete at the table.
I nodded and we all sat in silence until Mathias broke it. "So Scarlett what is the reason that you're here?" He said and gained my interest. "Arthur told us that is something about a treasure right?" He said with happiness in his eyes and a childish grin on his face.
I glared at Arthur and he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care. A little odd. Why would he do that? But I turned to Mathias as I didn't want him to be left hanging. "Yeah it's something about a treasure. But I would like to talk about it when Emil and Lucas are back". I finished and behind me I heard Lucas asking, immediately after I finished.
"And we are back. What happened?" He sat next to me and across of me was Emil. A little pissed but still. He sure was pissed by Lucas a little bit with his 'over-protective' big brother aura.
"Oh my! What happened Emil?" Tino asked concerned at his state.
Emil looked at him, hands still crossed. "I'm not only embarrassed at the fact that I had Lucas with me at the ship the whole time." he signed, "It was also the fact that he was always complaining about not calling him 'brother' or 'big brother'. And then you are wondering why I don't pilot the ship correctly" he said and now, pissed, he pointed a finger towards Lucas. "He is the reason the crew is not respecting me!" Emil shouted and we earned a few glares from around us.
Lucas smirked and turned around and looked at me. "So what about the little help" he said and I looked confused. Lucas sighed and Arthur's hand was placed for a split of a second at the table, to leave the one part of the map. "Do you want help or not?" he asked a little impatient as he took in if hands the one half from Arthur's side and the other one from my hand.
He united them and sat for a little to inspect it. The others got themselves higher a little to examine the map from a distance, before it could go to their hands. He then passed it on Tino and he spoke, "It sure uses some latin characters to the message" Lucas spoke and right after Tino passed it one Emil.
"It's not English or Norwegian or any language that I know" Tino concluded and Emil handed it to Mathias.
"Also, it must be some kind of riddle" Emil said and Mathias studied it a little longer.
