Chapter 21

"Who the fuck are you?" The man asked me, not taking away his sword.

"Just a bystander who thought it would be good to help someone who is very stupid." I said flashing a smile as I kept struggling to keep the man's sword away from Yong's body.

"Who did you call stupid Scarletty?" Yong said and frowned.

God! Why does he say me 'Scarletty'?

"You know him?"

"Well yeah. So... Yong move your ass now before he cuts you into little pieces!" I yelled at Yong and the only thing he did was to turn his back at me and frown like a spoiled child. "Only if you tell me that you're sorry."

"What?" I yelled surprised and my strength was leaving my soaring arm.

"You heard me. Do it!"

He can be such a child at the most inappropriate times. "Fine! I'm sorry! Now move your ass!"

At the time I told him that my sword fell from my hand and the man's sword hit the ground. "Scarletty! I love you!" Yong hugged me and tried to kiss me at my cheeks.

"Get away from me you stupid a-"

"As I can see, you know him." The man spoke and looked down at us. "So you are going to pay for what he drank, ate and the days he slept inside my inn and did to my family!" The strong man told with his hands at his hips.

"Alright. Just give me a second mister." I said and took my sword back and sheathed it. After that I rose my head properly and just took a deep breath. As I exhaled and inhaled to calm my nerves from Yong's stupidness, I suddenly ran towards the docks and behind me was none else than Yong.

"Wait for my Scarletty!" He shouted and followed me back at the port.

As we arrived at the port I saw the Pearl and many of my men, sitting at the railings, to watch me run as I was followed by Yong and many angry people.

"Get ready to sail now!" I yelled shaking my hand in the air for them to understand better.

The men hurried to get the ship ready to sail by lowering the masts and reeled out the ropes. The only thing that they left was the plank. As we ran as fast as we could to catch the Pearl, I could only think one thing, Curse you Yong and Yao and Xiao! Why did you (Yong and Wang) had to run away?

As I ran towards the plank the ship had already taken course, so it gave me no choice only to jump from the half ripped plank at my ship. As I jumped as high as I could someone grabbed my hand that I had stretched. I looked up and saw a light smile at Jack, who tried to hold me as good as he could. Then I smiled at him signing a 'thank you' but my face changed from happiness as it turned to surprised and shocked. As I looked at who was holding my other hand for dear life. I saw Yong's face smiling goofily at the men at the port as he waved his hand.

So now Jack had to hold me and Yong. After a little pressure he had to be under to, if he wanted to get me, or better us, on the ship he just breathed heavily and after a few attempts we were on-board. My men were in a circle and I and Yong were in the middle of this circle.

The men were whispering from here and there.

"What happened?"

"How did she find that squirm?"

"She was running for her dear life only because of this man with the sword?"

At the last man's words I glared daggers at him and he gulped and he muttered an apology. Why did Yong had to do something like this? What did he even do and that man was so angry? Then someone gave his hand and I took it still thinking. What did Yong do to this man's fami- I stopped thinking and then an idea came into my mind. "Yong follow me now!"
