Getting Ready

" well here we are babe " Bryan said putting the food in the table.

I just stared at it.

"its ok babe eat what u can". he said I leaned and kissed him cause he was the only one that helped me so much.

"ok, thanks babe" we sat there eating our food he finished and I couldn't even eat half.

we left when we were done to hang out in the house.

when we got there no one was there only a note on the table. it said 'see you in a few from everyone's so me and Bryan sat on the couch and watched movies. He had eventually fall asleep but I didn't want to move cause I felt perfect in his arms. I herd the door bell and ran to get it so Bryan wouldn't wake up.

"what are you doing" I said. I couldn't believe who it was my old bestfriend who I had a crush on for years.

"hey perla long time no see". he said

"John Wat are you doing here" I said getting mad but not trying not to yell cause Bryan was asleep.

"visiting my aunt, she lives next door, I saw you and i wanted to say hi".

"oh well hi" I said closing the door and walking outside.

"you look good" he said scratching the back of his neck.

"thanks I guess" I looked at the floor.

"sooo I was wondering if you would like to hang out" he smiled

" ummm I'm with my boyfriend" when I said that he looked sad like I crushed his world.

"oh really" he said sad

"yeah Wat do u want" I told him angrily.

"you" he said staring at my eyes. I was shocked I didn't know Wat to say.

"you had your chance John. you knew I had a crush on you, you were my bestfriend. I said kinda yelling.

"I know sorry, but..... I never stop thinking about you." he said.

"sorry John I have to go bye" I said opening the door.i

"ok, bye. perla wait" he said getting my hand

"happy birthday" then he hugged, he remembered I did still have feelings but not like i use to but I hugged back. the I went inside. He was my first kiss and first crush. I remembered when we were bestfriend we went to the same school like we do now. he was always there when I was bulliedat school. he would Hug me and kiss my wrist. He was the only one who knew at the time. I went in the house and sat back down and fall asleep next to Bryan.

Demis POV

Todays Perlas birthday and we wanted to surprise her. we left her a note so if she came back. we went to the store and bought balloons, air horns, confetti, and a cake that read happy 18th birthday. As they got the stuff I went for a walk around the store. As I walked for some reason I thought about Perla. I smiled. I done know why she came in my mind but I liked it. I guess I was daydreaming about her that I got lost and I bumped into someone.

"sorry" I said

"its ok babe are you ok". I looked it was Adrian.

I smiled" yes I'm fine" and we left to pay. kalena and Lupe got her shirts and a sweater and i thought I should get something. I walked to the jewlers and saw a beautiful necklace that was made for two.

"hello" a lady said

" hello, umm can I get this and can you engrave something in them"

"sure Wat would you like for it to say"

"in the back of the hearts can you put Demi in one and perla in the other. in the front best and in the other friends" I smiled

"sure it will take about 20 minutes if you want to wait" she said.

"ok sure" and she left in the back.

20 min. she came out

"ok look" she hands me the necklaces

"they are beautiful" I payed for it . she gave me a box for it I put mine on. it looked beautiful.

we were finally done and we went to Adrians uncles house.

we found a note from perla that said

'Be back in a hour. went for a walk' she has nice handwriting.

we then decorated the house and everyone came to help like, Adrians parents and little sister which I was happy to see since it was my first time meeting them even though his little brothers were at his parent's house in Texas , his uncles, aunts, and his cousins came to help.
