Unable to hold his tears anymore, Jin excuses himself from the group and take a run to his home. With a huff, he checks his phone. No messages or a single call yet. He wants to curse so bad.
"Just wait Kim Taehyung, I will punch you so hard, you'll feel your gut coming out of your mouth." He huffs, pulling the hat out of his head.
"What does he think of himself? Just because I was waiting for him doesn't mean I can't do anything without him. Huh- dumb Taehyung. I won even without him. Obviously duhh!" Jin blows raspberry while untying the knot which is keeping his entire fabric of Hanbok in place.
Then he pauses in his action.
His heart begins pumping loudly.
He can feel it.
He can feel him-
Taehyung.
Jin runs outside of his home. Not a single soul is there anymore. Just some lonely flickering lights of the temporary shops.
As he turns back defeated, he feels the breeze once again. He can't be wrong this time. He doesn't want to.
He turns around, eyes slowly making his way upto the very far end of the street, not wanting to go back inside without a glimpse of him.
That's when he finds him walking through the street. Walking towards him. Jin can feel it. Their eyes locked even if Taehyung is far from him.
And that is enough for his feets to burst into a run, taking him towards the person who he was dying to see in front of him. Only thing being in his mind is Taehyung.
His hanbok fluttering open as he finally crashes himself into the muscular figure of Taehyung. He is too emotional to even care that if they are in the middle of the street where anyone can see them in that state.
Tae freezes in his spot. The bag hanging in his shoulder drops in the ground with a thud. Hands stuck by his side as Jin tiptoes to hold the hug. Soft arms circles around his neck. He can feel his shoulder dampening with Jin's tears.
"You didn't even meet me before leaving. You say I can't do anything on my own then why did you leave me alone? You couldn't even take my calls?" Jin sniffles loudly.
"Do you have any idea how lonely I felt without you? You're a liar. Liar liar liar. You broke your promise."
He presses himself more into Taehyung while latter's eye drops down in guilt.
"The entire time my eyes were stuck in the direction you just walked in. Just a soft breeze was enough for me to anticipate your arrival only to turn down in disappointment. Yet you- you won't get it. When a person like me goes over and beyond trusting someone and they are not infront of us even for a moment- those small distance hurt like hell."
Taehyung's palm hestitantly glides over Jin's bare arms, finally securing the thin figure into his embrace wrapping his arms around Seokjin. He can't help but feel how Jin's warm body is shivering profoundly.
"Just this once, forgive me, Seokjin. From this onwards, I won't leave you alone ever again."
Jin's hold around Taehyung's neck tightens, not wanting to let go of him. His red nose buried on the crook of Taehyung's neck, unknowingly sharing the warmth. Taehyung lets him do as he pleases while only holding his sweet frame.
After a good 5 minutes of constant crying, the sniffles comes to an end.
"Don't you dare cry in front of me ever again." Separating from the hug Taehyung ties the knot of Jin's hanbok, securing it further. Trying not to peek at the transparent layer of his hanbok which is giving him enough show of those milky chest.
