Once down in the power room with the Chocobo's I sat in the corner just watching them run. To say I had a lot to think about would be an understatement. I couldn't get what was about to happen out of my head. People where going to die really soon, but what could I do? I didn't want to change the coarse of the story anymore then I am merely existing. Even if I did decide to say fuck it with the story how could I possible stop a huge sea creature hell bent on destroying man kind. Actually it just doesn't like big populations from what I have gathered. No to mention that this creature is also Jecht.

When I was playing the game it was a bit of a mental trip for me but in real life I don't know what to think about it. I guess I feel pity for him, after all he's all alone and he is no longer human. He is literally losing his humanity. So yeah, I feel for the guy even thought he  was a drunken asshole most of his life.

"Hi their, are you a Chocobo lover?" A pleasant voice said taking me away from my staring contest with the floor boards.

"Hum? Oh yeah I love Chocobo's!" I said earnestly with a smile. She beamed down at me and offered me her hand which I took.

"Want to help me with tending to them?" She asked to me.

"Sure, I don't see why not since I have nothing better to do." I shrugged accepting her hand.

"Great we can start by cleaning the under bins! It's a nasty job but it's one that needs to be done every other hour." She said with her smile still in place.

"Under bins? Wait a minute are we going on poop cleaning duty?" I asked her narrowing my eyes at her.

"Yeah, don't worry it's not that bad really. Not if you keep up with it like your supposed to." She told me opening up a hatch and leading me down the stairs. She grabbed a pair of latex gloves for herself and I from the wall.

"Yeah Yeah, let's do this then." I said slipping on the gloves. The under bins was a wooden area with a open ceiling. The Chocobo's wheels and ramps were above us turning as the Chocobo's ran. The wheels were made out of metal and had holes in them to allow the poop to drop down into the under bin, which I was currently standing in. Fun.

Good thing their was only two of them over head right now so I could avoid being pooped on hopefully. She handed me a shovel and grabbed on of her own.

"Just shovel it into that sack then we and move on to the next Power room." She said. 'Another power room?' I scrunched up my face as I picked up a pile with the shovel and walked with it to the sack. 'Man would this be the worse to come out to your car and see this splattered across your windshield in the morning.' We worked without a word and to be honest it wasn't that bad.

"Okay, on to the next room!" She said motioning me to follow her. She walked to the side of the under bin and opened up a door that lead to a hallway. It was narrow and was long, not only that but their was only a single light threw the whole hallway. Can you say creepy? We walked into the hallway and opened the door at the end to another under bin with two more Chocobo's.

"Do you guys switch them out every now and them when they get tired? Or can they do this all day?" I asked her.

"We switch them if we have a voyage that lasts over three hours, other then that they're fine." She told me.

"Oh, that's cool. Do you guys let them out on land when you dock?" I asked.

"Every chance we get, would be cruel to make them live here in the ship for the rest of their lives. We release them after a year back into the wild."

"That's really cool!" I said dumping my load into the sack.

"No let's go clean out the stables!" She said once this under bin was clean.

"Yay more pop scooping!" I said sarcastically. We headed upstairs and disposed of our gloves in a trash bin on the way up. she lead me down a bigger more light up hallway into a room with eight stables in it.  Four of the stables where empty and four were occupied by Chocobo's. The next hour or so was filled with literally with nothing but shit, no joke.

We were just about to start watering and feeding the Chocobo's in the stables when the ship rocked violently. I put down the bucket of water and ran for the door and made my way up to the deck.

"Sin!" I heard a man scream out in horror. I run around in time to see a man grab the harpoon.

"What do you think you're doing? Stick a harpoon in it and we'll all get dragged under!" Wakka yelled at the man.

"Sin is going for Kilika! We gotta distract it!" He defended himself not willing to stop.

"Our families are in Kilika! Forgive us, Lady Summoner!" The other said looking back at Yuna. I gripped the railing of the ship and slowly made my way to the group, why I had now idea at the time.

"Wait! Oh, boy..." Wakka said, they harpoon Sin's fin, which makes it drag the boat through the waves. Sinscales fly onto the deck and more appear after the others are killed by the group. The others all got back and let the Summoner and her Guardians take care of the fiends.

"How many of these things are there!? What? We hit the fin first?" Wakka huffed out. Lulu and Wakka all use long-ranged attacks against Sin's fin while Tidus and the others take care of the Sinscales. It was really awesome to watch. I used to wake up at the crack of dawn and start up my game to this point and just fight Sinscales till I felt like I was going to pass out and then some. Then I would end the fight and save the game. It was really awesome, It was like free Experience only it wasn't free. I would do the same thing when the Guado were coming after you after you defeat Seymour in the temple where you get Shiva.

Wakka's ball finally knocks the harpoon loose from Sin's fin. Sin instantly swims down into the sea and the boat stops rocking. Wakka looks around for Tidus but he had fallen overboard into the water. I had a strong urge to jump overboard and watch that fight too but resisted the temptation. I couldn't swim fast nor could I fight under water. Curse my inability to swim fast!

Wakka and Tidus gets back on board a little beaten up but no worse for wear. Sin attacks Kilika, engulfing it in a big wave. It sucks the debris into a halo above it before dropping everything and disappearing beneath the sea. It was like seeing a tornado, that's the best way I know how to explain it. Watching it go down gave me chills. It was just so powerful, I could hardly believe that I was here seeing it in real life.

"I will defeat Sin... I must defeat Sin." Yuna said with strong determination as we all look out towards the broken town. Pieces of wood floated here and their. Peoples belongings were either bobbing or sinking into the oceans waves. I forced myself to look at the damage. People died, and I let it happen but how could I have possible stop Sin? By throwing a rock? I don't think that would of been too smart nor would it be very productive.

Yet I couldn't stop thinking that maybe just maybe, I could of save them. I felt guilty and I had a feeling that that guilt would haunt me for the rest of my life. Curse my Jimmied cricket! The S.S Liki pulls into the damaged Kilika Port and the group and the Besaid Blitzball team all get off.
