Argent's eyes hold on them until they finally disappear from. his peripheral vision, leaving him to gaze back at the unsettling sight of the doctor's body.

"Dad" i whispered as he pulled me beside him and looked to his left in front of him to see Deucalion and Aidan whispering in Deucalion's ear about the scene before us. Another sacrifice. "Scott called its healers him and Isaac are with Melissa now "I whispered to him.

At the loft, the sudden blaring sound of the intruder alarm jolts Derek into action. With a swift and practiced motion, he moves towards the control panel, expertly disabling the alarm and silencing the piercing noise. Cora drawn by the commotion, rush to join him, their faces etched with concern.

As they gather around, Cora can't help but notice the peculiar markings on the loft's window. Her curiosity gets the better of her, and she turns to Derek, her voice laced with urgency. "What does it mean?"she asked . Derek's expression becomes grave as he tightens his jaw. Gathering his thoughts, he takes a deep breath before answering. "It means they're coming, tonight," he replies, his voice filled with somber determination.

Derek, redirects the conversation. "Are you gonna explain how you know Katrina?" he asks, his tone challenging yet laced with genuine curiosity. Cora's eyes flicker with a hint of mischief as she considers how to respond. "Well, we might have crossed paths once or twice in the past ," she begins, a sly grin tugging at the corners of her lips, noting the raised eyebrows of Derek

"Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked, voice tinged with amusement at the playful dynamic that has developed between the three of them. "Because you two seem rather defensive when we ask you how you and Katrina met," Derek explains, causing Cora to laugh. Derek, perplexed, raises an eyebrow. "How is that funny?" he questions, genuinely curious about the exchange. The mischievous grin on Cora's face widens as she begins to unravel the tale. "Oh, it is... In 2011, that's when I met Katrina ," she reveals, her voice laced with nostalgia.

Derek interjects, catching onto the significance of the year. "2011 was when..." he starts, his voice trailing off into a question. "When she was in the military, yes," Cora confirms, her eyes gleaming with a mix of fondness and adventure. "She knew one of my friends, and we all just kind of hung out. One thing led to another, and by the end of the night, most of us were drunk, especially Katrina and I."Cora explained .

Derek grimaces slightly at the revelation, scrunching his nose up in mild disgust. "Oh, please tell me you two didn't..." he starts, but Cora cuts him off, her expression shifting to amusement.

"No, we could've, but it was just a fun and drunken dare. Although I must say, oh I hate for you to see her drunk," Cora admits, a playful wink directed at Derek , teasing him. A combination of disgust and amusement flashes across his face, and in response, Cora simply states, "She's still hot as hell though," she said before winking playfully at them leaving the loft, leaving the her brother grappling with the unexpected revelation.
