With the lights and glows surrounding the Tempest Emperor from head to toe and his surroundings, armlets wrapped themselves on his upper arms, his black outfit transforming into all white, the hair flowing behind him lightened even more with hues of white and gold accentuating themselves on his silver bluish ones.

His feet now bare but is adorned with with golden jewels of gold and sapphires.

The wings on his back normally a bat, grew white and skyblue feathers till it stretched even longer and wider. An ornament materialized around his head, and a pheonix mark appeared on the right side of his neck.

Alex could only watch in amazement and fear as he took in another form of his opponent.

His reasearch didn't tell him this.

No one has an information about this.

The white dragon knows Rimuru is everything he had showed him these past weeks of fight but never this form.

The Tempest Emperor just starred at Alex who upon Ciel's report knows exactly what he is feeling at the moment.

He couldn't blame him.

This is the first time he had taken this form after all.

With Raphael unsealing her true form, she gave him this, something that is not just of magic of any form and skills but greater than that.
