Bisky is more than a pro hunter, she's a Nen instructor that wanted to help them improve their Nen. Nahida decided to stand back and watch what the kids did without interfering.
"Yeah no. No thanks."
Killua rejected her proposal without thinking twice. Nahida couldn't help but wonder why Killua was so against the idea of learning under her.
"We already have a teacher."
Gon nodded after remembering the man.
"Oh yeah, Wing-San!"
Bisky tilted her head sightly.
"Wing? The black haired kid that never tucks his shirt?"
Killua paused as a bad feeling rose in his stomach.
"You, know him?"
"Know him?"
Bisky crossed her arms with a grin.
"He's one of my students!"
The more Bisky said about her, the less inclined Killua was to receive her help. His attitude managed to annoy Bisky enough for her to step closer towards him and jab his chest.
"You're one stubborn little boy, you know that?"
At his frown, she smiled and leaned back.
"I like to see that in kids. You said you weren't desperate, right?"
Bisky moved her hand to the side.
"Book."
With a 'poff!' The book appeared, she took a card from it and showed it to them. Killua flinched at seeing the small, fuzzy ball they failed to capture before in Bisky's hand.
"Look carefully. It's difficult to obtain is rank D."
As Bisky said, Marimo-chi was rank D-80 with a total of 673 copies available.
"It's a normal card, that doesn't go in a restricted slot. But the problem, is that many people could've effortlessly obtained this card, but you two couldn't."
The kids frowned, and Killua even lowered his gaze while Bisky continued.
"If you run into someone stronger, and with evil intentions-"
'Snap!' That sudden sound stopped Bisky's words, and made Neo manifest beside Nahida. The creature pointed at a direction in a clear frenzy, its green eye wide in horror.
Bisky grabbed Neo and hugged it like a plushy while kneeling on the ground.
"Sit down. Pretend we're chatting."
Nahida did as Bisky said almost immediately, Neo had manifested on its own to warm her of danger. This ability worked by detecting bloodlust, thanks to Kite, Neo could detect the faintest, and small traces of bloodline directed at Nahida.
The kids glanced at each other, before sitting down as well. Bisky looked down at Neo, seeing it squirm to point at the hunter observing them.
"This thing's pretty smart. I've never seen Nen do something without its user summoning it first..."
She cleared her throat and went back to the current topic.
"Now, pretend we're chatting. Listen, there's an enemy behind me. Don't look for him. He'll notice."
Killua looked at her. He seemed genuinely curious, not dismissive like before.
"How did you sense him?"
Bisky answered him with a face that seemed to say, 'Are you seriously asking me this?'
"He let a tiny bit of bloodlust escape. He saw a bunch of kids, and relaxed for a second."
