Luna woke up to a hand in her face, yet again, she sat up, leaning on her elbows and looked around to see Izzie starfished over the bed in just her hello kitty underwear "God" she whispered to herself but deciding to drag herself up for tea.

Making her way out of the bedroom she shared with Izzie, Luna wandered down to the kitchen where she found Meredith flipping through old photos "Morning Merbear" Meredith didn't even look up from where she was looking "Yeah"

Confusion flooded Lunas face but the girl just continued making the tea, once she was done, she picked up her cup and walked over to stand beside where Meredith was sitting "What are you looking through?" Meredith just shrugged "Nothing that would interest you"

George then strolled into the kitchen before stopping in his tracks "God! Jesus! Does no one wear pants anymore? Why are you all in your underwear?" he yelled, referring to Luna and a now awake Izzie, who wandered into the kitchen after him.

"Coffee?" She ignored George and walked straight over to Meredith, Meredith just looked down at her underwear "Hello, kitty"

All four interns hopped out of Meredith's car, walking towards the hospital "You don't understand! Me gonads, you ovaries" Luna just rolled her eyes "Come on Georgie, it's just underwear" George pretended he didn't hear her.

"Oh that reminds me, we're out of tampons" Izzie added but George continued rambling "You're parading through the bathroom and kitchen in your underwear when I'm naked in the shower!" Luna turned to Izzie "You saw him naked in the shower?"

The blonde just waved her hand infront of her face "Barely, he's being dramatic" but Stevens brung up the tampons again "Add them to the list, George" George however, acted like he didn't know exactly what she was talking about "What?"

Izzie looked at her best friend in disbelief "Tampons, we're out and it's your turn to use the list" they carried on strolling into the hospital but George slowed down "I am a man!" he yelled "You're not acting like one" Luna retorted.

"I don't buy girl products! And I don't want you walking in while I'm in the shower and I don't wanna see you in your underwear" neither girls could believe what they were hearing.

"Yes you do George and that's fine" Luna loved winding him up, luckily for her, Izzie loved winding him up just as much "It doesn't bother us, okay? Look at us in our underwear, take your time, it's no big deal" with that, the four of them finally entered the hospital.

They soon ended up in the locker room where Bailey was lecturing them "You are the first person they see in the morning, you say please, you say thank you and you apologise for waking them up" in the middle of Baileys speech, Alex came stumbling in late, much to Baileys disapproval.

"You make them feel good about you. Why is that important? Cause then they'll talk to you and tell you what's wrong. Why is that important? Because then you can tell you're attending what they need to know during rounds. And why is that important? Because if you make your resident look bad, she'll torture you until you beg for your mama. Now get out there. I want pre-rounds done be 5:30 am" she stated before exiting.
