George and Izzie were stood outside the main entrance of the hospital, none of them wanting to walk through the crowd of screaming nurses who were protesting their rights to fair wages.

"Can't...can't cross the picket line, I can't" George stated, shaking his head, Izzie rolled her eyes "I don't like it either George but what choice do we have? Okay, you took an oath to heal, you're a healer"

"My dads a truck driver, mom's a teacher, the evening news shows me crossing a picket line, they'll outlive me just to pee on my grave"

Cristina and Luna walked up behind them, Luna had a pink sign in her hand that read 'fair hours, fair wages, appreciate the nurses' written in pink glitter paint. "What the hell?" Izzie turned to her, confused.

"She's friendly with the nurses" Cristina mumbled, raising her eyebrows whilst Luna pushed through to the front of them "They love me" she uttered before walking through the crowd.

She was waving her sign around shouting 'fair hours, fair wages' whilst all the nurses stopped throwing things to let her walk through peacefully "We love you Luna!" one of the nurses even shouted at her, causing her to turn around to her fellow interns and shrug with a smile before skipping through the hospital doors.

Cristina, Izzie, Luna and Alex were all stood by the nurses station, trying to figure out who was going to be Baileys replacement when she went away on maternity leave.

"Yes...yes, uh, that's him! He's published twice and he's flawless" Cristina stated, pointing at a resident who had just walked by, Izzie screwed her face up "Oh, I don't want that guy, that guys a freak, he doesn't let you speak in the OR"

"Yeah but he's flawless"

"I want someone nice" Luna mumbled to herself.

"I think it's him, what's his name again?" Alex asked, referring to a different man who had just walked by.

"Oh yeah, mouth breather guy but he'll let you do a procedure on your own if he likes you" Cristina answered before Meredith walked over, joining the group "What are we doing?"

"Trying to figure out who they're gonna pick for Baileys replacement" Alex grunted before a loud voice shouted from the top of the stairs, earning all of their attentions.

"Yang, Stevens, Lovelyn, Grey, O'Malley, Karev! Here you are! I was looking for you guys in the locker room but you weren't there and then I thought maybe my interns are looking for me and then I come out here and here you are"

A bubbly brunette woman came walking down the stairs, now stood infront of the interns with a big smile on her face, Luna was smiling at her whilst the rest were looking at eachother, not sure what was going on.

"Yeah, you guys look like a great group, which is awesome! Because my horoscope said it was gonna be a very challenging day and I was a little worried but no, you guys...yeah...you look like a good group which is greattt cause we're gonna have so much fun, hi! Hi! First of all, hi"
