Anya looked at me like I'd grown two heads.
"Are you sure you're feeling alright?"
No filter in her. I chuckled and leaned against her doorframe.
"I just have to ask. That gift a few days ago cost a LOT. I looked it up. We gotta save for our family yard and house, remember?" Anya reminded and caused a horizontal crease on her forehead. "How much is this one? I didn't need a new phone, I hope you didn't buy that... ok. A rune set. Even better. I love you, but what have you done to my reserved sister?"
She looked me up and down, and I laughed again.
"I'm fine. Just be ready in an hour. I'm gonna wear that Flir Dashiki dress." I watched as her smile grew.
"Ok. But I'll need 70 minutes." Anya held her available hand up excitedly. "This is gonna be fine by you, right?"
"Right. I'm just as hyped as you when I thought about the idea." I almost said we.
"Ok. Ok. I'll get ready now." Anya cheesed.
"Please do." I smiled and walked away, arms crossed.
I heard her door close before I got to my door.
"I take it, that went well?"
"Yeah." I sighed and smiled.
"How do you feel?"
"Good." I contorted my face to one of irritation. "My tits hurt."
"Need a quick exam?" Deven kept her hands on her hips and waited for my confirmation. It's been a couple of days, and I didn't wanna find out that they're lumps going on, so I might as well.
"Yeah," I put my hands to my sides and hoped it would be as quick as the last time.
"Ok... so. I don't think I'm feeling lumps. But you are getting back to an A cup." Deven patted my arm, and I got ready for her gentle hug. "And they feel tight. Do you lactate often?"
"What?" I went into the bathroom and peeked in my blouse. "I do not do that. The fuck am I, a cow?"
"Cows don't always lactate. Just putting that out there. It's weird though, so I just gotta see if you know anything about it. Anyways, I put your dress in the bathroom after I showered so if there are creases the heat would straighten it out, so if you don't mind putting on the hot shower and coming out?" Deven informed.
I stepped out immediately, signing sorry as I closed that door.
"It's fine. Now you owe me a game of spin the bottle." Deven joked and sat on the floor with a stack of cards. "Without the bottle."
"As long as the bottle doesn't contain liquor." I cringed at the memory surge it brought up.
"Don't worry. I don't even like liquor. You're safe. " Deven outstretched her hand. "You're doing amazing, by the way."
"Doooon't!" I knocked on the nearest piece of wood, then saw her 'Chile, don't play wit' me' face. "Thank you." it was more under my breath than anything else
Deven nodded and got on with explaining the game. It should cut down on the time I was on my phone since she believed stuff on there was influencing me. I'm just bored anyway so this was a good alternative.

I was at Anya's door waiting with Jeri until Anya came out.
"This is the first time I've seen your legs. They're so toned. And I love cultural-toned outfits! You look amazing!" She smiled.
"Thanks. I'd love to see your Irish attire and accessories too. I love the interesting patterns and variations." I smiled.
I meant that but I also meant: 'Anya, I can't be any more interactive with your friend right now. RESCUE ME.'
