'Scar is an average student. His grades are good, same as his behavior in school. He is really talkative and talented. He is kind and generous. He almost doesn't have any enemies and has a lot of friends. He is intelligent and handsome. There are a lot of girls that have a crush on him. He is really easy to talk to. And he's really attracti-.. wait.. attractive?' Grian thought as his face covered with a slight blush. He snapped when he finally noticed the teacher calling his name.

"Oh! Yes?" He said. He zoned out on a lesson. Not just zoned out, but zoned out, thinking of Scar. This is now pretty embarrassing. His cheeks flushed with a brighter color as he thought of it.

"How are you feeling yourself? Are you sick? Your face is all red." She pointed out, looking concerned. Grian didn't expect such and looked around to notice everyone staring at him. "Do you need to go to the nurse's office?" She then asked, watching as Grian's face turned red.

"Uh, no, I'm fine." He answered, looking down to avoid everyone's eyes. Scar, who sat beside him, was also looking at him. He smiled at Grian being so adorably embarrassed.

The elf pulled out a spare notebook from his bag and wrote something with a pencil to then erase it. He slightly poked Grian to get his attention. Grian looked at Scar and then at his notebook.

'Are you ok?' Is what was written in there. Grian looked at Scar. The elf looked concerned. He then sighed and opened one of the empty pages of his history notebook and wrote something using a pencil too. 'New information about Scar: he has a really beautiful handwriting.' Grian thought to himself.

'Ye, I'm good.' He responded.
'Are you sure?' Scar wrote.
'Don’t worry, I'm fine.'
'Ok, then. Btw are you free today?' Elf smiled at the thought of hanging out with his beloved.
'Idk for sure, but I'll most likely be free.' Avian responded confusedly. He watched Scar read the note and get excited really quickly.
'Wanna hang out?' He then wrote, opening a new page.
'Sure! I'll be glad to.' Grian replied, leaning his head on his hand. He sighed as he thought of it. It will help him gather more information about the elf. He saw elf smiling ear to ear, a blush appeared on his face as he lightly smiled. It was barely seen, but Scar noticed it immediately. He looked down to look at his notes again.
'Outdoors or indoors?' He asked him.
'Indoors.'
'Then, what about we watch a movie in my house?'
'Sure, sounds good.' Grian wrote and then paid attention to what the teacher was explaining the whole lesson.

"Soooo, what was that you did on the history class?" Sam asked, glancing at Grian while holding Yuki's hand. "What?" Grian responded as he didn't quite understand. "The notes you shared with someone!" A bunny hybrid reminded Grian with an annoyed look on his face. "Yeah, I noticed that, too." Yuki agreed with her lover. Grian nervously looked away, not knowing what to do. He felt his knees started to shake as he stared at the lunch table. Even if they didn't say anything too intimidating, he was already trembling to his bones.

"It's uhh..." he couldn't find the words. "Grian!" One of the teachers called him. "Oh! I gotta go. Bye!" He hurried to leave and successfully did so. He approached the adult, leaning to the wall. The teacher asked him to have this conversation in a class. Of course, they noticed Sam's aggressive behavior towards the theme but didn't do anything... again.. How many times has this happened? Two? Five? Ten? He doesn't remember quite well.

They led Grian into one of the classrooms and asked him to stand beside Scar, who weirdly was there, too. There was no one except for them. All the desks were empty and it was dead quiet until the teacher checked if anyone was eavesdropping on them. He closed the door, turned to face the two students, and smiled. "Grian, I know what a good and generous student you are. You already know that Scar is a new transfer student and doesn't know anything about this school and this city. So, I request you to help him settle in. You are going to be some kind of personal guide for Scar. You can show him around. And I mean not only the school. Is that ok with you?" He explained, his eyes running between the two. Scar just smiled and looked at the avian. Grian awkwardly smiled in response and looked at the teacher. "I don't know.. Sam and Taurtis won't be happy about this..." Grian rubbed the back of his neck as Scar's expression changed to look like a sad puppy. Avian sighed at elf's reaction and looked away. "Alright, fine, I’ll do it." He said hesitantly. Scar lit up once again. He brightly smiled as his eyes filled with happiness. "Good, then you can go." The teacher said, smiling.

The two students walked out of the classroom and heard the door slam behind them. Grian frowned deeply as he thought about how he will deal with this whole mess. Scar, on the other hand, couldn't be more excited. He held onto Grian's hand and looked him in the eyes. They were dark as his pupils, but also beautiful as the night filled with millions of stars shining in unbelievable distance. He then tightly hugged him as what he did yesterday. Grian couldn't process the feelings he had, erupting him from the inside. His cheeks filled with warmth as he realised he was deeply blushing at such a simple action. Just a hug. He hugged Scar back and after a few seconds, pulled away. He looked in Scar's emerald green eyes.

"Thank you. I'm so grateful to you. I don't know why, but I feel that we will have fun." Scar said with love and affection in his eyes. "Oh.. yeah, maybe... Anyway, I need to go back to my friends. Uh, bye!" Grian said awkwardly. His face was almost fully covered with blush. It was already embarrassing enough. Scar can misunderstand this situation. Grian tried to walk off as he beat himself up in his mind. Scar stayed there. He looked sad, but when he disappeared from his view, he smiled as his face flushed with red. He imagined everything they could do together. He imagined them, holding hands, walking together, praising each other, maybe even sharing kisses. He slid down the wall, he was leaning to, covering his face with his hands, to then sit on the cold floor. He couldn't wait for anything that was awaiting them in the near future. He swore that if there will be anyone on the way of their relationship, he would kill that person.

"Oh, Grian, I want you to be mine so, so much." He smiled impatiently. He then stood up and headed to the classroom where the next lesson would be. "I'll make you mine, Grian. Just wait." He said as he dreamed about them being together.

[Meanwhile]

Grian rushed over to his friends and sat down, breathing heavily. He glanced at everyone around the lunch table, who confusedly stared at him.

"So, what did they want?" Taurtis asked. Grian thought for a moment as he tried to decide whether to lie or not. He thought if he lied that they called him for something else, then it would be hard to hide the truth, and if he says that he is told to be Scar's mini guide, then they would probably hate Scar more than they already did. "He just wanted me to join the swimming club. You know, he is a PE teacher, after all." Grian lied as he thought that it'll be better if they didn't know this request. He sighed tiredly and shut down. This year will be a long one.
