(Nuru's POV)

I decide to try out using my powers to fix the wheel what's the worst that can happen? I pull a tree from the ground with a big round of applause fom my friends, i use my powers to split the tree and cut a wheel from the log. "now to attach it!" i shout placing the wheel on the holsters as Azzy screws it into the holder. I release the wheel "see? good as new" I say moving to sit by the fire Azzy joining beside me, i feel a little winded but nothing more.

"that was amazing Nuru" Yong says I brush him off "that was nothing" I state with a wide grin "I wonder how powerful your magic can get, I mean you could so some serious damage" Yong states which is something unlike him to say, I frown "yeah I guess" I mumble, I hadn't thought about that. "Well I think its great" Azzy says pulling me into a side hug, I blush "thanks Az" I smile.

Late that night I find Yong sitting on the roof staring at the sky, I close the hatch and sit next to him "what's wrong?" I ask "oh nothing, just wanted to look at the stars again" he sighs, odd, "um ok" I say and sit with Yong watching the stars until he stands up "you should probably be more careful with your powers Nuru, we don't wan't anyone to get hurt" Yong states his eyes flashing blue, light from the sky I think.

Something is up with him, I don't know what but he does have a point, I look down at my hands before clenching them into fists, i'm careful i'm precise i won't hurt anyone, Yong has no idea what he's talking about. I smile and head back inside going to sleep. The next morning i ride up front with Az letting the boys sleep longer.

"What were Yong and you talking about?" Azzy asks as she hits the reins "nothing much, just looking at the stars" i say leaving out the part where Yong was acting weird We approch a busted up tree in the road "i'll move it" i say sticking out my hands, the tree rises off the ground but when i go to place it to the side the tree just keeps going up? "i think thats high enought Nuru" Azzy warns "I can't put it-" I start before my magic stops and the tree comes crashing down nearly landing on the Caravan.

I clutch Azzy "that was close" the red head comments as the peices of bark stick up everywhere, "what was that?" Hugo asks peaking out the window "nothing to worry about" I shout trying not to let my voice shake "maybe lets hold back on the magic for a bit, princess" Azzy states her eyes full of terror I nod as we continue to ride, Yong's words play in my head 'we don't want anyone to get hurt' I take a deep breath clinging my hands to my chest.

We arrive right outside Bayangor when the wheel I fixed decided to give out. "looks like we're walking" Azzy states gathing up our bags. "I should move the Caravan off the road" I state "are you sure about that Nuru?" Yong questions making me doupt myself "She'll do fine" Azzy comments glaring at the boy from Augusta, I nod toward the red head "everyone step back" I state they all do.

I start to raise the Caravan off the ground then it drops out of mid air breaking another tire. "crap" I mumble "it's ok Nuru we can just push it off to the side" Azzy states I give her a weak smile. We, meaning Hugo and Azzy, push the Caravan as far off the road as we can get before heading down the path into town, the busy streets catches my eyes. "me and Nuru will go gather supplies, you go visit that uncle you were talking about" Azzy states "we'll meet back at the Caravan before night fall" Varian states I give him a stiff nod before following Azzy into the markets.

"I'm sorry" I apoligize the red head looks at me confused "what are you sorry for blue?" Azzy asks confused "I just don't get why my magic isn't working" I say clenching my fists "Princess keep it down" she warns looking around us, I blush as she takes my wrist, for safety of course, we walk deeper into the market "and maybe its just in your head, you know like a mental block" she states "I get them sometimes when training, like I feel like I can't do it or that i'll accendently harm one of my fellow knights, but when i'm in the moment all mental blocks go out the window. Trust me it will be ok" she says with a smile that is very convincing.

I nod meekly "yeah you're probably right" I say "I know I am, now lets gather some more food, rope, if we find A carpenter maybe we can make some more tires" she goes down the list and I just listen but I have the feeling we're being watched. My thoughts are quickly snapped out of suspicion when Azzy pulls on my arm "Nuru they have tiny glass cats!" she shouts draging me to the both. I laugh this is going to take a while.

As the sun starts to set Azzy and I head back with bags of supplies in hand and a gift for Azzy in my pocket. "I'm sooo sad I didn't have enough for that purple glass cat, I wanted to add it to my collection!" she complains, I laugh and stop resting against a bench "Do you need a break?" Azzy asks concerned I nod she sits down on the bench with me "I also wanted to give you something" I state pulling out the wrapped porcelain from my pocket.

I had over the brown paper, she looks at me confused "just open it" i state she smiles and opens the paper gasping "no, its the purple cat!" she shouts "i didn't get you a gift when you graduated from kinght school so count this as a, i'm very proud of you gift" i state she looks over at me with the wides smile "i'm soo happy i could kiss you" she states, i flush "i mean i wouldnt mind" i mumble.

She seems to realize what she said and starts trying to rant that she didn't mean it like that, not that she doesnt want to, and such when i lean forward deciding to be brave and place a kiss on her cheek "a thank you would suffice" i smirk and she turns red. Cute. "we should probally get back to the uh Caravan" she mumbles i nod picking up my bags when our friends start running towards us waving their arms what the-

"Run now Explain later" Varian states taking my arm Azzy pulls out her sword as we run "whats going on?!" i shout as we rush down the dirt road "we need to leave now!" is all i get from Varian as we make it up the hill i look back to see a crowed of people chasing us "what did you do?" i shout "not us, him" Hugo and Varian yell in unison pointing down the hill there i see Yong his eyes glowing blue?

"Yong?" i ask seeing my oldest friend look lifeless. Varian shakes his head "thats not Yong, something has possesed him or taken over his body, i don't know, but we need to leave" i look around, this is too much, i cover my ears closing my eyes "everyone just be quiet" i state. Everything goes silent i look up and see everyone is in a blue haze and beside me stands "Ulla?" i ask she smiles ghost like "did you do this?" i ask she shakes her head "you did" she hums i look down at my hands "how- how are you-?" she stops me.

"We don't have time for questions" she states, why do we never have time for questions?, "did you take over my friend's body?" I ask putting two and two together she rolls her eyes "i said we don't have time, why don't children listen-" i cut her off "you are, let him go!" i shout turning to fight her. "whoa princess-" she starts but i hold her down by her shoulder "you don't have the right to call me that or take over my friend's body, let. him. go" i state firmly.

"Fine, on one condition you listen to my warning" she states "speak" i state "Donella has sent people to hunt you, you must not let her be the one to open the libray, Varian must be the one to do it" she states "and why should i trust you?" i question "never said you should, but if Donella opens that door she'll have ultimate power" she states, i relise my grip only slightly.

"let my friend go and i can't promise well heed your warning, just let Yong go" i state "hears the thing your Majesty, its not me who has't to let go of your friend, honestly i could have used any of you to get my point across, the hard part is going to be getting him to let go of me" she states with a cackle before she fades out, i feel my power fade as i sway. "Nuru!" Azzy shouts running over and catching me before i hit the ground, "get- get Yong to snap out of it" i mumble before passing out......

Ah yes, if you havent figured it out already Ulla is the blue smoke and is using varian's friends so she can reach her son, the real question is, are her words true? thats for you to find out and for me to decide. Byeeee...............

i finished this yesterday suprisingly but its been a rough week, mentaly and physically. A friend of my parents has been going through some stuff so i've been parenting my siblings on top of college and stuff, i'm mentally and physically drained.

(and i know i keep saying this) so just exspect less frequint updates and stuff, i had a burst of writing ideas this week and have been working on some stuff but i don't know how long this writing streak is going to last just be awear of that.
