(Azzy's POV)

I'm in the flames before the thought even occurs that maybe this is dangerous. I cough through the smoke searching for Nuru and Yong no one is dying on my watch. I rush over to the beds pulling my friends into my arms before smashing through a chared wall landing on the grass. I place them on the ground dusting myself off before grabing as much supplies as I can before it all burns. Varian cuts free the horses and pulls them off to the side, the Carvan is gone burned to nothing but ashes.

I drop the first aid kit and the sack of food on the ground watching the home we've had for a few months now cease to exist. As the horses panic, Varian holding their reins. "well that went up in flames, Metaphorically and literally" Varian sighs. A burned down carvan, hugo's been kidnapped, and two of our teammates are still unconscious. "How are we supposed to recover from this?" i ask, no amount of Knight training could have prepared me for this. Varian pulls a totem from his bag, "by beating them to the libary and hopping we can stop them" Varian has an interesting mind, He copes by making plans and this plan was seeming impossible and stupid.

"Maybe we should just go back to Bayangor, call for back up?" I suggest "No we can't stop we need to get to the library" the engineer puts his foot down. "with what Varian? We literraly don't have a way to get there" i state pointing at the flame. Varian crosses his arms facing me "We have horses!" I glare "two horse and it would be fine if Yong and Nuru werent unconscious but they are, we need to re group, call the queen and-" Varian cuts me off "No we keep going I'm not leaving Hugo!" I grab his shoulder with a little to much force.

"No were not, You can go do what ever you see is fit but I'm going to the closest town and regaining my bearings, I suggest you do the same" I take one of the horse reins putting the suplies on its back before putting Yong on the back of the horse and carring Nuru. What is the deal with the crew and running into endless parles? Varian stalks behind me pouting, as we end up on the out skirts of Galcrest.

"hello, oh my are your friends alright?" the shop keeper asks. "good evening, Their alright just tired, I was wondering if you could point us into the direction of a in?" The woman nods, "next door, my son owns it, tell him Dorus sent you" I nod "thank you" I tie up the horses outside and leave Varian with Nuru and Yong "One room please" I ask the man nods I drop a few coins on the counter before heading back outside.

Once settled in the room I find Varian outside, "Yong and Nuru are safe inside, I'm sending a letter to Queen Rapunzel" the alchemist isn't listening to me his head not with us. "I'm going to go to the libary" he decides. I roll my eyes "i can't stop you" i admit, he nods untying the brown horse. "Look Varian" he looks towards me "I know i don't know you very well, but Nuru has told me you don't know when to quit" He shrugs "Just please, for the sake of Nuru and Yong, don't put yourself in danger" I pled he doesn't respond.

Hopping on the horse he looks down at me "You're good for her, Make sure she knows it" he hits the reins and is off, I would be lying if i said i wasn't upset with him but theres no point in being angry at someone you barley know. I head back up to the room checking Nuru and Yong's vitals before drafting a letter to the queen of Corona.

"To the queen of Corona" i mumble "we have faced hardship? problems?" i scratch it out, "an opsitcal that we haven't over come, one of our own, Hugo, has been taken by Donella" I end the sentance "Varian has taken off leaving us alone in Galcrest, I humbly call for asstaince, we need all the help we can aquire. Signed Azzy" i cross out Azzy replacing it with my proper title: Knight Azelea of Koto. I fold up the paper and take it down to the in keeper. "Please see to it that this letter gets to the Queen of Corona" the man nods taking the evelope from my hand, now we have to wait.

A day passes, Nuru stirs in her sleep I try to keep her and Yong hydrated but their getting weaker, if they don't wake soon they may never. Three days go by and I'm starting to doupt help is coming. On day three i sit at the edge of Nuru's bed when she stirs before shooting up in bed fear stricken in her eyes. "Nuru" i breathe a sigh of relife. "where's Varian?" she asks I tilt my head to the side, "he left for the libarary" i state panic is evident on her face before she tries to clime out of bed falling on the ground "whoa princess" I crouch down to her level helping her up "We need to help him, hes in danger!" I shake my head "neither of us can do anything while you're in this state" She sighs as i place her back on the bed.

"What did you see?" i ask picking up the glass of water off the side table handing it to her. "fire, Donella, burning books, and choas through out the world" she takes a big gulp of water "and Ulla but she wasn't herself" Nuru trails off. I look at her confused Ulla's dead? "Nuru I don't understand" I admit, Her eyes meet mine, almost as if she's drilling into my mind "If Varian doesn't join Ulla like she wants, she's going to kill him"......

Its been a year I apoligize, I got distracted with other projects had more than the normal amount of breakdowns over work and school and now I'm back, this chapter isnt the best but i am trying to wrap this book up to the best of my ablities, i have edited the prevouis chapters and have forgoten most of the OG plot i planned for this book... I'm trying my best... thank you to who have actully stuck around... until next time, byeeee!...
