Liam quickly put the book back in it's place and tried to look like he was bored despite his racing heart and thoughts. He just got Henry back, he didn't want to lose him already!
Within all of the thoughts crossing his mind, one stood out as incredibly different. Who was looking at them while they were walking?
He had no clue. It felt too human for it to be an animal, and it moved with them too much to be the plants. The weather was getting worse, making it hard for any hunters to be stalking. Plus, only Henry looked animalistic, but just human enough that is could just be a weird teenager with a very intricate cosplay.
Should he worry about it? Maybe, but he wouldn't hurt his own friends!
