Drew had never understood how people could dedicate their whole lives to one single thing. Why would you exclusively want to do this one single thing for the rest of your life? It was a complete mystery to him.
At least until he found out Henry wasn't dead.
Liam had faith in the possibility of Henry being alive to such an extreme extent, sometimes Drew started getting worried for him. Finding Henry had been the only thing Liam talked about, which grew monotonous and annoying the more time passed.
Drew had no faith in believing Henry was alive. He just assumed he ran off and died from something. He'd seen the state Henry had been in, he definitely wasn't stable.
The day he finally decided to find what Liam was doing after school was the day that he realized why he believed so hard.
