With the transfer student arc out of the way, it's time to get back on track with my own storyline. And how about starting with stories about new teachers?
Flashback
By the way, I think your new PE teacher is Mr Ken

I was going to have a new teacher? When I was sharing timetables with my best friend to compare to coordinate recess times, I wasn't expecting such a plot twist. Maybe I didn't notice the first time but when I checked the initials (that's how we knew our teachers in my school), turned out she was right.

I was going to get a new PE teacher.

Would I be able to handle the change well? After all, I ever got a new English teacher in Primary 3 (Grade 3) and didn't handle it well

Would I be able to handle the change well? After all, I ever got a new English teacher in Primary 3 (Grade 3) and didn't handle it well. I publicly mistreated her for half a year, so would it be the same? No...it's not like Primary 3. This is Secondary 3. This time, I'm going to embrace the change wholeheartedly and see what I can get out of it.
Present day
The new PE teacher had tanned skin and youthful features. He had spiky hair and no glasses in sight. I heard good things about him, so that gave me a sense of anticipation in hoping he would teach as well as I did. He greeted us for the very first time and then gave us a unique oversight of what to expect in his class.

I think he's unique in a good way. Rather than making us run before PE, he has a teacher-exclusive warmup exercise for everyone. They focus on different aspects of our body for a Singaporean fitness test "NAPFA." And he is a lot more stringent on us sitting out, only Medical Certifications (MCs) and parents' emails will let us sit out. Maybe because he's more experienced than I think he was.

He's also more proactive in our learning. He frequently gave us feedback on how to improve our gameplay without excluding anyone for extra practice. This aspect of him helped me a lot, someone who identifies more as a "player" than a "technician." My previous teacher? Just remind me to "not pass to my opponents," dusts his hands and just walks around the basketball court like it's a wet market. And he spends more time getting people to play too.

Or maybe my class is more of an athletic class? Either way I knew this was for the best.
