♥ Love and Emotion in the Air ♥
The sound of gentle splashes and laughter filled the air as Stefan and Coby lounged together in the large, soapy bathtub the next morning. The water was warm, filled with bubbles that floated lazily around them, leaving only their heads and arms visible above the surface.
Stefan was seated behind Coby, his arms wrapped loosely around her as she leaned back against his chest. The steam from the bath created a cozy atmosphere, and the scent of lavender filled the room, adding to the relaxing mood. They had been playing a game of Guess the Shape for a while now, and the competition was fierce—though mostly one-sided.
With a mischievous grin, Stefan began to trace a shape on Coby's back with his finger. He moved slowly and deliberately, forming a triangle with each stroke.
"Okay, guess the shape," he murmured close to her ear.
Coby squirmed slightly, feeling the tickle of his touch. She was confident this time. "Square!" she declared with a triumphant smile.
Stefan chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Nope, it's a triangle."
Coby pouted, pretending to be disappointed. "Darn it," she muttered, already bracing herself for the next round.
Stefan smirked, drawing another shape—this time, a cone. He watched as Coby's expression turned serious, as though she was deeply concentrating.
"Alright, what's this one?" he asked, his voice filled with playful anticipation.
Without hesitation, Coby confidently answered, "Square!"
Stefan burst into laughter, his chest vibrating against Coby's back. "A cone, Coby! That was a cone! What's with you and squares?" he teased, his voice light and full of amusement.
Coby laughed too, her shoulders shaking as she joined in the fun. "I don't know! My mind just keeps going back to squares!" she giggled, turning her head slightly to glance at him. "Draw another one. I'll get it right this time, I promise."
Still smiling, Stefan traced a perfect square on her back. He was sure she'd get this one, given her previous answers.
"Okay, what's this?"
Coby paused, thinking hard. "Hmm… it's a rectangle!" she finally exclaimed, certain she had nailed it.
Stefan threw his head back, laughing so hard that his voice echoed off the tiled walls.
"Coby, no! That was a square! How are you so bad at this?"
He couldn't stop laughing, the joy of the moment making him forget everything else.
Coby couldn't help but laugh along with him, her cheeks flushing from both the warmth of the water and the sheer fun of the game.
"Go easy on me, Stefan! I'm trying my best!" she pleaded between giggles.
Stefan shook his head, still grinning. "Alright, alright. One more. Let's see if you can get this one."
With that, he carefully drew the shape of the letter I on her back, followed by a heart, and then the letter U, forming the simple but meaningful message: I Love You.
Coby sat in silence for a moment, really thinking about it this time. She furrowed her brow, deep in thought. Finally, she guessed, "It's… a plane?"
