Chapter 35: Freya pt.2

*Both fighters got into their stance, Y/N and Mori was feeling excited to fight against someone who is extremely powerful, but they needed to know which of them was stronger.

Y/N's POV:

Let's see what he's made out of, "Here I come!" I dashed towards him at high speeds to land a punch to his face, but he countered by throwing a kick towards my chin. I barely dodged it and moved back. 

"Oh, you actually dodged that? Looks like you're experience then." he complimented me.

"I'm just warming up." I teleported behind him and knocked him into the air, once he was high enough I did an ariel combo of punches and kicks. For the final strike I did a Dragon Throw on him and sent him to the ground. I charged towards him for a powerful strike on his stomach but he wasn't in the crater.

"What? Where did he go?" I looked around but I was attacked out of nowhere. I tried to sense him but I was attacked again, I had no choice but to defend. "He's fast, I have to focus!" I sped up my perception to try and find him. I saw him appear above me for a powerful kick on my head, however I matched him with my own kick. It cause a massive shockwave when we connected, I quickly tried to kick him with my other foot but he managed to block it with his other foot.

This went back and forth with us trying to get an edge on the other, then I teleported behind him to kicked him towards the ground. "This guy's martial arts is on my level or beyond it. Without Instant Transmission, I would have some trouble." I saw him stand up and brush the debris off himself.

"That's a neat trick you have, I'll show you one of mine." I saw an orange energy surround him and he did a Flash kick towards me, and I couldn't see it at first but I was struck by a slice of air pressure. It hit my chest but it didn't leave a deep cut, "Damn...What was that?" I was confused and Mori noticed this so he decided to kick the air multiple times.

<AN: Flash kick is when you do a backflip but kick at the same time.>

I already knew what to expect so I used my Ki sense in order to see the invisible attacks. I dodged each one and counter attacked with Ki blast towards him. He managed to deflect each one then I landed in front of him.

"Man you're strong but I can still sense that you're holding back." I smirked towards him

He returned the gesture, "Likewise, I would really like to turn up the heat!"

We stood face to face, and instantly got right back into the action. We clashed once more with me being the victory this time but when I tried to follow up with a final attack, I was hit by something that I could barely see.

"Third Stance..." he moved so fast that I could only see one kick, but it felt like I was hit with three. I fell to the ground and I saw that he was standing over me, "It seems like I am the winner!" he offered me his hand, I smiled and took up to help myself up.

"Aw man, I surely thought I was going to win. That was really fun Mori, lets do it again soon. This time I will show you my true power!" I excitedly said and he matched my energy. "I agree, I will show you why I'm the King around here."

I greeted the others because it was strange to see them here, "Hey guys, what are you all doing on Freya?" I asked them with a smile but they seemed a bit nervous then Toho spoke up.

"We are training here, we heard that there were strong monsters and beasts here so it would be the best place to train!" Toho gave me a smile, I looked at the others and they agreed with Toho. Toho didn't strike me as a liar so I had no reason to doubt him!

"I see, training is always important Toho. Well I am here to find a Gourd, it has the power to seal anything! Do you wanna help me find it?" I asked him, I didn't know where to look and I believe that Toho could be the best person to help me along with his group.
